I do not recommend this store. Rather than explain our problems with this store thats all that I will say. I talked with the owner and he did what he could to make things end on a better note. I will only deal with us cell direct store in Cedar Rapids now. I hope the owner will be able to find people who want a job not just a paycheck. I am great full he helped with what he could though. He is a good business owner. Just got some bad people. Update. 4/17 Store is still terrible. Friend of mine had to unfortunately go in this store last weekend after I warned him not to. They did the exact same thing to him. Went in for a new phone. Somehow shut his wifes phone off. 2 hours later they finally got it fixed. Save yourself time and headaches. Drive to a us cellular store in Cedar Rapids.

I love this store. The people here are top notch, and very helpful. At the larger stores (ie. Cedar Rapids), you have to sign in and wait for a representative, but not here. This is a small store, and they provide an excellent level of service.

Not quite sure how this branch has stayed open. The employees act like its a hassle to serve the customer. And the hours are so strange its difficult to know when they are open.
