I brought my wedding ring and wrap in to get them resized in the beginning of July, when I picked my ring up 2 weeks later the solitaire that sits in the middle looked terrible it was smushed down into the setting. I was so upset I almost broke down in tears. I am also 7 months pregnant so I warned the ladies it was going to happen. They could tell how upset I was and I explained how it should have looked to a nice lady named Alice. She completely understood what I was describing that I wanted and told me we can send it back with a better explanation on the form and that she would call to make sure they did what we had in mind after it was sent off again. I wish that she was the original person that helped my husband and so when we came in the first time. We sent it back in and even though I was extremely upset about not having my ring for a month total I was happy that Alice was understanding and cared about my feelings and making the situation right. The first gentleman that helped was nice but I dont think he had enough experience to know that the middle solitaire when put into a wrap might need to be sized bigger than the wrap to sit how its suppose to. Nothing against him, but it was inconvenient and very upsetting. Also there is one young woman who works there and she has an obvious attitude, the first time she talked to us I just thought maybe she was having a bad day... but nope she was rude and snappy every time we came in. Overall Alice makes this location a lot better I would recommend going to her or trying another location.

The staff in this store are bullies. My son who has a traumatic brain injury tried to return a watch within the 60 day period, got the okay from the home office, and the guy there refused to take it back. He had the boxes, receipt, everything. Just a bully. Doesnt belong in customer service.
