To begin with when i received my beautiful necklace in the mail early. .. the packaging was incredible so pleasing to open and the jewelry was perfect not even a week later my 3 year old popped it off me. I called them to see if it was even an option to be fixed. They had it back to me in less than a week all shiny and new. Its amazing how great their customer service and appreciation of their customers is im happy to have done business with one life jewelry and will continue to do so. Thank you for being so great
