I do lots of business with them on purchasing stuff, Ive never had a problem with the staff or the store. I bought a pressure washer and it didnt work right they gave me a better one that cost $60 more than the one I bought which is the one I wanted in the first place bought cost more than what I wanted to spend. Prices are pretty good for a pawn shop. They are not going to take car audio anymore which sucks. Instead of taking it away they should train there people to know what there doing.

I would recommend this shop to anyone i have been to other pawn shops in the past and always had a bad experience these guys are professionals and very friendly there selection of engagement rings is above the normal that u would find in a pawn shop I just bout a ring from them and will go there anytime I am looking in the future ....

Went to 3pawn shops to sell my chop saw and nail gun, the other 2 did not pan out. Value pawn gave me the most money, and were so friendly! Was refreshing. Ill come back to shop and buy soon..thank you. ( And negative reviews are from negative people...dont believe those reviews)

Bought a laptop and was told I had 24 hours for a full refund and 6 months for an upgrade. Pc was filthy, didnt work and refused a refund, gave me $200 store credit for junk. First and last time shopping at a pawn ship. Reported to BB and put a stop payment on my credit card

These guys rock!! I just got a loan on my PS4, games, and extra controller. They were not able to get me the $500 I needed but said I could have as many loans as I needed. So I will be back tomorrow with some broken jewelry that they said should get me MORE than I need.

Very rude... got there just before 6 saturday and some old white guy did not open door and brushed me away. I recommend taking customers just before closr instead of rushing home just to stuff ur face some more. If I were u find another pawn place there are pleanty.

Called ahead to check on their stock of microwaves. Gentleman said they had "several" and they "started at $29." Got there and there was literally one for $70 and it was in terrible condition. Not sure why they felt the need to blatantly lie about their inventory.
