The Diamond Studio is absolutely FANTASTIC! When my fiance and I first starting looking for engagement rings we looked everywhere and all of the rings I liked were out of our price range. Then we stopped into The Diamond Studio and they explained that I could design my own ring and it would be in our price range. They worked with me every step of the way and helped guide me when I came in with a very broad Pinterest board of ideas. They sketched it out, gave me a CAD version and even let me keep the wax model! My ring turned out gorgeous! Everyone asks me where I got it and I have recommended their work to every one of my friends. I cannot express enough how incredible the staff is and the amazing work they do. We have even gone back and they designed my wedding band and we purchased my fiances band from there as well. Dont settle for the ordinary cookie cutter jewelry. Get a one of a kind piece made by people who truly love their craft. I am going to be a lifelong customer and I would give this store 20 stars if I could!

I bought my wedding ring here and I cant even begin to describe what a pleasant experience it was. They were incredibly helpful in discussing what kind of ring is best for me when I had questions and were quick to follow up with me with any communication problems. There was a VERY small issue with the ring that I had later on (and potentially my fault) and they fixed it for free saying they absolutely stand behind their workmanship 100%. The fix was quick and exactly what I needed. It was a ring they designed in studio based off of their own imagination. I will post another review with the photos of the ring after the wedding. I bought my ring a year ago and I still cant get over how fantastic this store is. They have wedding jewelry, but also jewelry for so many other occasions. If youre looking for any kind of jewelry, stop here first! Thank you all so much.

you should use this jeweler if possible. the quality of this establishments work is as good as it gets. they are absolutely friendly with no pretentious atmosphere. i am not a person who has much disposable income, but i do know quality of goods and services, The Diamond Studio provides both in volume. After reading a few other reviews it seems any person that was less than happy might not have conveyed their intentions clearly to the associate. They are amazing jewelers but im guessing that none of them read minds.The customer does need to ask questions and make statements for them to properly evaluate the situation. ..anyhow you should give them a try, they have true quality at realistic prices!

Their repair services leave much to be desired. I entrusted a Yurman ring into their care for a simple resizing. It was returned to me scratched and stripped of its gold accents. When questioned about these changes, the representative with whom I was working simply shrugged, maintaining "it happens," which was, of course, not at all the response I sought. I have since scrapped the piece.
