Do not trust them ,brought a necklace in to get clasp fixed came back to pick it up and noticed it wasnt the same necklace. ONLY reason I knew was mine was from qvc and they have there own brand stamped on . When I confronted then they said this was my necklace etc. Once I stated my was marked they all of a sudden said ohhhh let me check in back etc. They are NOT trust worthy in my experience.
