Short story: Dont buy here, take your busines elsewhere (i.e one of the many ridenow power sports locations). Notice: All of there advertised prices include military /law enforcement type discounts that do NOT apply to everyone. Be warned the cost you see listed is not the cost they will give you... Long story: I wanted to leave almost right after getting there but they had the bike I wanted and they were the closest to my house so I tried to stick with it, and I now regret that decision. They will give priority and service to the group that is spending the most money (Sales guy left us twice for extended periods of time when another group was looking at a high $$$ items). I had called ahead and notified them that I wanted to trade in my used bike for a bike they advertised on sale, when we got there my wife and I were treated as if they just didnt care about my business... the sales guy didnt introduce himself to my wife (standing next to me) for almost an hour when he found out she might be applying for credit aswell... I came in 3 hours before closing on Saturday an he just kept reminding me that they were closing soon... finally they pulled all the bikes inside and asked us to come back on Tuesday... after dragging us through crap for 2.5 to 3 hours.... After 3 hours I still did not know the value they placed on my trade-in after inspecting it, I didnt know the actual price of the new bike (because the advertised price was not going to be honored) and somehow they expected me to come back on Tuesday because after 3 hours THEY STILL HAD NOT EVEN SUBMITTED MY APPLICATION!!!! The next day (Sunday) I went into RideNow Powersports and we were met with friendly staff. They even gave me an education on some aspects of the new bike that were diffrent then my trade-in. They submitted my application and valued my trade-in, then about 2 hours after my arrival I rode out on my new bike. It was a very pleasant experience.

Will never do business with. Called willing to make a 6 hour drive to purchase a side by side. First off, advertised price is no where near the actual price. They want to take off multiple discounts, ok I was fine with that and understood the $250 military discount it states I didnt qualify for. Now where I do have a problem is them tacking on almost $1500 in additional fees for shipping and setup. Having worked in the business as both a tech and a salesman, I know for a fact that setup usually includes pulling it out of the crate, filling with fluids, and in this case likely installing the roll bar, 6 whole bolts. Then taking it for a drive around the parking lot to ensure everything is functional. Not a $900 job which by the way must be completed before they can even fathom selling the vehicle. Now I also know having worked in the business and having purchased over 20 ATVs UTVs etc. in the last 3-4 years for my own business that no other business I have ever dealt with has been willing to loose a sale just to tack on their erroneous shipping and setup fees. As a matter of fact every one I have found has been willing to come in under their advertised price as long as they were making money rather than keep a machine on the lot. Well thats about the end of the rant, but just figured I would let people know what is going on before they waste their time, not to mention get rudely insulted by not only the salesman, but the sales manager of a business whom I would have been willing to spend hard earned cash with and even make multiple purchases had they been reasonable.

I recently waited on hold for the parts department to finally be assisted by a gentleman that was less then helpful. After a 2 to 3 minute hold I promptly gave him the VIN in order to get the correct parts. One of the items needed was engine oil, when I inquired as to how much I would need he responded with I have no idea, I then told him to please place the spark plug, oil filter, and the correct amount of engine oil in "will call" and we would be over later, he responded ok. When my parts driver arrived no one had any idea why she was there or what she wanted, they finally figured it out and proceeded to tell my driver and then me that they dont have a parts "will call" (the first dealership I have ever heard of with no will call). He then asked me how much engine oil we wanted , I responded "how much do we need" his reply "I have no idea I didnt check. Im sure everyone can see where I am headed with this. Poor service, poor communication, zero effort and minimal product knowledge. Not a recipe for success. Fortunately there are other dealers around that I can try.

I am always very happy with the treatment I receive from this dealership and especially from the service department. It is hard to find people that go above and beyond in todays world and these guys do just that. They are great at completing service work in a timely and professional manner. I had a couple of special requests that most dealerships would say no to without listening and these guys not only listened, but were able to help me. If you arent happy with your current dealer, I would recommend giving these guys a try.

Walked in just to look at a Victory Cross Country Tour and bought it the next day. NO PRESSURE SALES!! Rikki presented me with a great deal, no haggling necessary, I couldnt pass it up! They gave me the accessories I wanted at a discounted price, when I took it back for the 500 mile service they remembered who I was and had it done before the time promised! Great selection of new and used bikes, ATVs, quads and side-by-sides. Do yourself a favor, stop here first! You won;t need to go shopping anywhere else.

Chet and Cesar were both excellent. Chet was very patient with all of my questions and quickly responded to my calls and emails. They were both able to get me the best pricing possible and had me in and out in less than a hour. Cesar quickly drafted the paperwork and dealt with the banks for a quick approval. Very professional company and would highly recommend anyone looking for cycles, UTVs or a slingshot to visit this location.

Purchased a bike here a good while back after returning from over seas. I got to ride it maybe 6 or 7 times before it broke down on me. Took back in and they wouldnt to do anything for me to help get the bike back up and going and wanted $4000 to rebuilt the engine. I will never buy from here again and have advised everyone I know to stay away.

This was the best buying experience I have ever had with a dealership! These guys are amazing in here! They were so patient with us and answered all of our silly questions. Chet even did a little singing for us lol. (Sorry Chet I had to) All jokes aside if you ever need anything from a Kawasaki dealership GO HERE! You will not be sorry!

Does anybody work here? I went by Saturday to check out a new bike.. couldnt get any help. I walked the entire floor and it didnt draw the attention of anybody there. I finally just left. The only reason they got two starts instead of one is because they do have a decent sized inventory for such a small dealership.
