We have bought two motorcycles from Indian here in Tucson. Nothing but praise for the staff and service department here. My husband bought a 2015 Roadmaster and a few months later I purchased a 2016 Vintage. Each and every time we have come into the store we are remembered by name, all our questions are asked and if they dont know something they find out for you and actually take the time to get back to you. Phil in service lowered my bike because I was having trouble (vertically challenged). Michael is very knowledgeable in all these bikes they sell and them some. We had Hondas before and Harleys before, he was able to articulate to us the differences in handling and various mechanics of the bikes so we could make a better informed decision for what works best for us. Angel is fabulous, she is very personable, knowledgeable and quick to find what you need. Matt is the manager, and who will help you find the best rates for purchasing and gets things done quick and your out of there in a reasonable amount of time. This entire store is dedicated to their customers and their ability to sell without pressure is a whole different experience. Its more like family than a bike store. Maybe Harley and Honda should take lessons.

When I purchased my bike I opted to put different pipes on them. Phil advised me that with the pipes I chose I would need a tuner. I went with his advise and did just that. At about the 400 mile mark my engine light would come on. I took my bike back and he told me that the part was probably bad and that they had numerous problems with this part on other riders bikes. He told me that he could indeed swap it out but offered me the option to upgrade, I would pay the difference however, he would eat the labor. He then price matched a price he found on the website to save me a little more. Angel of course was involved in this process and helped me with a different issue involving my kick stand. I am not an Indian rider but a very loyal Victory rider. Ever sense this wonderful group of people have moved into this market I have been beyond happy with the service I receive. I can go months without being in the showroom but everyone still knows exactly who I am and often refer to me by name. I would recommend Tucson Indian/Victory to anyone that is looking for more then a good dealership but in a lot of ways a great community of people that always seem to have your back. Ken Adams

I took my 2015 Roadmaster into Phil at Indian Motorcycle Tucson for what both of us thought was a minor problem. Several hours later Phil comes out and explains to me the problem he has been fighting. What should of been a simple computer flash update turned into his worst nightmare! All of this on Good Friday where he was almost completely on his own because of the holiday and every body being closed including Polaris. During the update of the dash board display computer his computer got stuck in an infinite loop and in the process wiped out my display so it no longer functioned! He told me they had done like 25 so far and never had this problem! He finally just took a dash board display off a new bike and put it on mine. Now that is customer satisfaction! We told him we were leaving for a trip to Texas so he gave my bike the once over and discovered the drive belt was really loose so they tightened it all at no charge to me!

Ive been a Harley man since 1965. When I went to buy a new motorcycle I went to all the dealerships. None of them except for Indian showed welfare for the customer the attitudes were totally outstanding in the knowledge of their products. I would like to especially thank Angel for all of her Ernest and knowledge on her parts and accessories. Also Michael Pena all of my safety concerns. Scott and Robert for all those little extras that they do. This also includes Phil the service manager and Mat for working with me through all my concerns. And Mike for all his considerations also. All have made me feel like famiy.Ive never ridden a better handling, balance Motorcycle and I own three other Harleys. I am 55 and 125 pounds and I have no problem rideing my Indian Roadmaster thats how good she handles and is balanced and has the power handling of them are. But Im still known as harleymark even so Indian is my best ride

We bought a new Slingshot last June. Michael was a great salesperson. Explained all about the bike and answered all our questions. They even took the 2011 Spyder in on trade and gave us a great price. Met all the people working there and couldnt be happier with them. Angel and Mike on the counter know their stuff. Phil the service manager is wonderful. Had lots of questions about the Sena headsets and he was very patient and knowledgeable. Scot has worked on the bike a couple of times and it has always been done correctly and timely. Matt did all our paperwork quicker than you would get it done in a car dealership. I have recommended Indian Motorcycle of Tucson to everyone that asks about our bike and experience. They all come together in the shop to make it a welcoming atmosphere to hang out. Did I mention lots of clothes and accessories?

I had an issue with my backrest on my 2015 Indian Chief Vintage in that the backrest latch to the fender was loose and vibrated. I visited here at Indian Motorcycles of Tucson and Angel found that the backrest that was put on my Chief was in fact made for the Chieftain (wrong size- the engineer that designed the 2 different sizes needs a kick in the knee). We called the dealership that I bought the bike from and they were unhelpful....Angel, from here at Indian Motorcycles Tucson, went out of her way and found out that the backrest could be replaced with the correct fit with no problem and I would not have to travel to the other dealership. The rest of the crew here were very friendly and helpful. Thanks to all - Angel, Mike, Michael, Phil, and the guys in the shop. I definitely recommend visiting Indian Motorcycles of Tucson!!

Thanks to Mike Willits for helping decide on the PERFECT bike for me! My Indian Scout is an amazing ride and gets so many compliments. I let everyone know that the personalized service from Mike and Indian Motorcycles of Tucson has been excellent even after purchase. I like to stop in and say "hello" every chance I get. I love my Scout! Angel Hacker has been a great source of knowledge for me as I am the proud new owner of a 2016 Indian Scout from Indian Motorcycles of Tucson. Angel helped me choose the perfect pipes, additional accessories and had them installed to perfection. If I need anything, she is a call away and I appreciate her excellent customer service and always look forward to seeing her! P.S. I Love my helmet and jackets that she helped me with as well! Thanks Angel!!!

Just bought a 2016 Chieftain. Incredible bike! Not only did I get the bike of my dreams, the customer service I experienced was incredible. In fact, from my initial phone call to Matt telling him what I want to spend, and he working me the best deal he could. Then my driving from Phoenix to Tucson to complete the transaction with the wonderful people at the dealership, this was hands down the best buying experience I have ever received. This Indian dealership is hands down the best in Arizona. They were worth the drive, and worth the money for the bike because their premium customer service matches and almost out performed my new Indian Chieftain. Thanks Matt and team, Mark Kaiser
