Absolutely the worst bike shop Ive ever had to deal with. I own a Honda streetbike and Ive went in for numerous questions regarding my bike. More than 3/4 of my visits consist of Jeff sending me to the Mexican guy, and him sending me to the service shop where the coordinator sends me back to Jeff and wont let me ask the real tech and questions about the bike Im trusting to put into their shop. The other 1/4 times Ive went there, they have scoffed at me for not having knowledge of every part on my bike. They ignore you when you wait for them at the counter and if they dont know the answer to a question, they make something up to get you to stop asking questions. I own a Honda, Ive put about $600 in parts on my bike from this store but I wont ever be visiting this store ever again. Worst customer service Ive ever seen from any retailer. Go to cycle gear or sparks cycle. Theyre way more helpful.

I should have checked the reviews before I used them for a bike repair. For $900 they did repair my fuel system, but when I got the bike back, the foot gear shift lever would not shift the gears because it was so loose. I had to tighten the foot shift lever just to get it to shift properly. Then I notice the oil light is on, showing low oil. I check the oil and its not even on the dipstick! I had to add a quart of oil as well. Supposedly they test drove it? Really disappointed for spending $900 When I called back to ask about a credit for this, I was offered $17 for tightening the foot shift lever and $6 for a quart of oil. My advice, use another service center. This guy David down there doesnt own up to his mechanics errors.

This is an old-school dealership and Tucson is damn lucky to have them, as dealerships around town close and service options steadily dry up. Emphasis in the accessories and parts area is on off-road as that is much of what sustains them, but they also have a well stocked OEM parts department and have always been very responsive for things I need in a hurry. Service department is great, they handle a lot of bikes and the techs are experienced and the service manager Mike is great to deal with. I make a point of buying what I can here, as prior, we are lucky to have them. Nils Menten, RestoCycle LLC, Tucson, Arizona.

We were on a biking trip when my dads bike was overheating. We showed up with no appointment and waited for them to open. They greeted us right away and put 2 of their best techs on my dads honda in order to get it done for us to continue our trip. Not only was it done in record time they charged us next to nothing for a small temp sensor that was faulty. They are hones, l kind and really took care of us. They basically saved our trip. If your passing through tuscon this is the place to get help. I highly recommend them. Thanks again guys i cant thank you enough!

Ive taken all of my bikes (5) to Musselmans for over seven years, but now Im looking elsewhere. Since Nate left at the service desk, theyve been in chaos. Cant find records, changed synthetic oil for regular oil, tried to perform 4K maintenance routines they had already accomplished a few months prior--but had lost the records and claimed it was needed, replaced tubes which all now leak heavily--evidently theyve lost their tire guy. Its a nightmare. The guy at the service desk changes every several months and never seems to know whats going on. Done.

Customer service was the worst I have ever experienced in my life. Seems like in a bad economy these people would have at least been semi professional. Offered me no information on inventory, prices, options...etc. Old man was rude and helpful. I have never experienced any positive result from conducting my business with musslemans. They dont care to earn/keep their business. Stay away from this place. Drive to phoenix and it will be well worth your trip. No sales service and no service after the sale. Stay away Tucson!

Great dealership. Came in to order a new Honda CB300f abs; wanted a modern lightweight motorcycle that I could easily put on my hitch carrier. Price was much less than chain store. There were no superfluous "other" charges. Salesman did not try to talk me into a non-abs version or a different on-hand model . Didnt get pressured into extended warranties or service plans. Previous purchase here was also a good experience.

Maybe I caught the sales guy on a bad day, but service was horrible. Went in to BUY a bike, and the guy could of cared less. Nope...we dont have that model and there is a waiting list. If Honda didnt limit the amount of bikes they send out, this guy would be on a permanent vacation. Im guessing the ONLY way these guys move bikes is when other Honda dealerships call in to trade models...you know, actually try to make a sale!

Referred this shop to my insurance to take care of repairing my scooter. They dont seem to care too much for my service. They have been paid, the bike will be in there almost two weeks. I keep checking on the status and aks that they keep me up to date on any complications, but they just dont seem to understand my urgency to get my scooter back. Would not recommend this place to anyone I respect.

The rippoff house...take it in for tire change...break-light was not working for LED...needed new stock bulb...they charge $65 find nothing...and claim it was a blown fuze...same fuze on the signal lights, and horn...they both worked when I brought it in. Do not use the shop for anything other than changing the tires...or buying from the parts house.

Service department was excellent! They were up front about long lead time for some parts for my Suzuki. Once the parts were in, the job was done quickly and done well. I went back again for an issue with my fan, and they rigged up a manual switch for me while we waited for a part to arrive. Great service.

Changed a rear tire for me--pinched the tube & it went flat 80 miles later... on the other hand, they *did* pay for the tow, (although they billed me for a new tube). Mistakes happen, but I didnt much like getting charged for the new tube. Really disliked losing a day going through things twice.

I recently took my shadow in for service. Parts had to be ordered so it took a total of 6 days. Dave was very gracious and the machine runs like new again. I dont understand the negative comments I read. They did right by me!

Wonderful sales staff. There is a fair selection of gear and even a tiny museum inside. Great sales on new and used bikes, too. See Lumpy in sales. Great guy, no pressure.
