Ive been riding since I was 17. Im now 60 so thats a little while on two wheels. Ive been in all kinds of shops all over the world, over 20 different countries actually. From Bosenbergs in Munich to the BMW/ Ducati shop in Nurburgring before a track day, where I was, by the way, treated like CRAP. To a small little repair shop in North Africa where no one spoke any English except "Coke" and "John Wayne". The reason I preface this review in this way is to say that I have a little bit of experience when it comes to motorcycle shops. My experiences in shops has taught me that, like any other business where you need assistance or service, your attitude generally is reflected by the folks that are trying to help you. In other words, the more "help"you ask for the harder they try. OnAnyMoto is no exception . I walked in looking for a new helmet and boots. I was greeted promptly and courteously. Michael introduced himself and watched me to take his cues, like any good sales person. He offered me options, gave me an opportunity to speak my mind and filled me in on things that he thought would help me make a wise purchase . One of the most interesting factors I noticed was that A) It was lunch time and he ignored this to help me. B) He appeared to have a lot going on, but made me, the customer, his priority. C) Extremely patient and tolerant of my questions. I asked for a product he did not have in stock and he promptly showed me other options while, at the same time attempted to ( and by the way successfully ) order the helmet I wanted. Delivered on time as of today, I might add. Now I could have ordered the thing on eBay and saved some bucks, but their customer service prompted me to buy not only $600 bucks worth of helmet , but boots as well. Money is something I take VERY seriously, but Michael and his staff were friendly , courteous, patient and knowledgeable . In short, they EARNED my business and my money! I run a small business and deal with customers every day. Sure you can always hustle a better deal on line, but think about it. Where are the fitting rooms at revzilla? Or motorcycle superstore? In fairness to other reviewers, there are two sides to every argument, but the customer ISNT always right, but he always has a point to be listened to. In a repair business, give your opinion, but let the repairman do his thing. He IS the expert. If you are the expert, repair the thing yourself. Always ask about ALL FEES BEFOREHAND! Then there cant be a misunderstanding. Ive been a gunsmith for over 30 years and Ill happily give a customer a written estimate up front..(always with the caveat of a phone call if things change in the repair process) If the small businesses go away, all thats left is Walmart folks. Most importantly...talk to the owner when theres a problem and remember, he makes mistakes just like we all do. Thanks for a great shopping experience Michael. One last thing...this was the first time I had ever been into the shop. I actually ran across it purely by chance, literally a wrong turn on Grant St.

Took my GSXR to this shop because my speedometer had not worked for a few months. First off I told them that they might have to jump start the bike because I had left it parked with out the battery tender. I actually had to jump start the bike to get it to them. After having the bike for half a day and stating that they ran a diagnostic for 2 hours, they call me saying that I have a bad battery and that they can sell me one for $120. Also that the battery might not be giving enough charge for all of the instruments to work properly. I went and bought a very good battery for $80. Actually the same battery that they quoted for $120. I couldnt leave the bike with them overnight so I told them I would bring it back a different day so they could continue trying to find out why the speedometer wasnt working. They said ok but that it will be $79. $79 for what? You havent fixed the speedometer I said. Its for the diagnosis of the bad battery. Really! I never went back. I continued to use the bike with a bad speedometer. One day, my daughters 6 yr old friend sees me cleaning my motto, comes over to see the bike and says, my dad works on those. Really, is your dad home? Anyway to end this story, guy says he is a salesman but works on bikes on the side. Took him 35 min to diagnos bike. Later installed a new speed sensor and bike works again. No charge except I paid for the sensor.

Their bark was better than their bite, They seem friendly enough, I bought a set of tires they said I saved a discount of $230.00 off the tires, I got 3 different price quotes and they were cheaper than the others by $20.00. The service to fix a fuel problem wasnt that great, I got a $75.00 diagnostics charge that included visual inspections of vacuum lines then recommended carb sync for another $150.00 and it actually runs worse than I brought it in. I also had to call several times to get any info if the bike is done or work is getting done on it. Myself I wouldnt take it back their, Ill take it to the honda dealer next time. UPDATE: Just noticed while washing my bike I had balancing weights on my front rim but remembered I had balancing beads put in the new tire. HMM should of removed the old weights first dont you think?

I would hope folks will go in and decide for themselves and not listen to negative reviews. Ive dealt with one of the technicians showing me how to lace my wheels, and other issues. He was very bright,, thorough and to the point. Ive been in there over a hundred times buying gear, and accessories for my 05 crf450r, and friends bikes, since the day they opened. You wont find a friendlier, more helpful staff to get you the right part at a great price. They havent made any mistakes for me yet! They are folks that really cared about me, and not trying to suck every penny out of me. They even took the time to show me some maintenance tips that have helped keep me safe. They are a fantastic group to do business with. Good thing I dont listen to negative reviews, I find out for myself.

On Any Moto is a diamond in the rough in Tucson. I normally take my bike in at least a couple of times a year for their "premium oil change" (great value). However, I have also had them diagnose and fix serious mechanical issues for me (always in a competent and thorough fashion). Up-selling is virtually nonexistent. Their mechanics are top notch (in particular, Ive found that Kevin is very highly skilled at working on ducatis and his work rivals any that I have had done elsewhere. They seem to have many different kinds of bikes being worked on at any one particular time in this place, ranging from dirt bikes to cruisers and sport bikes. The front end staff is knowledgeable and professional. On Any Moto is a good example of what every motorcycle shop should be.
