BUY A HONDA AND AVOID ALL THIS. New Rider BEWARE! Meet John Cartwright, how could I miss the WARNING He will sell you a motorcycle without an owners manual. With the FRONT TIRE ON BACKWARDS With headlight wiring problems caused by riding the bike in the rain. Their master certified technicians will keep you waiting 10 days for parts to come in and then fix the problem before the parts arrive. I dont know how they did that since my defective Motorad Gloves are arriving today with the repair parts. I asked the Certified Master Technician what type of oil to buy. They sold me 15W50 and the paper work they just gave me says that they filled it with 10W40. I even tried to trade the bike back in and they will not give me a quote. I am supposed to pick up my replacement Motorad Gloves after a MONTH of waiting. The Rev It jacket seems to work fine but everything BMW has been a black and blue experience for this submarine veteran. Underwater on a BMW. Dear Phillip: I personally sold you a bike that I owned. I sold it to you for a lot less than I actually purchased it for (does not matter to you). (Just pass your junk on to the first DISABLED VETERAN that believes your BS) The bike was used, and not all used bikes come with manuals. Furthermore, you did not buy it from the dealership and I never promised you a manual, I said I would see if I could find one. I have taken care of everything at no cost to you, with no questions asked, at a significant cost to me in order that you be satisfied. Several of us rode the bike and it rides great! Having seen your actions and words I have decided that I am no longer willing to extend any help to you as you no longer deserve any “goodwill” from me or the dealership. I have personally sold thousands of motorcycles in this community and have a very good reputation as a fair and honest person. If you are unsatisfied, I suggest you sell the motorcycle on craigslist. Good luck to you. John Cartwright. Hey John: Owner of Iron Horse Motorcycles or John Cartwrights GARAGE SALE. The "Internal Job, Set up" for 2005 BMW, R1200ST, STOCK NUMBER M30324, done at Iron Horse Motorcycles, 3444 E. Grant Road, Tucson, AZ 85716. Good thing there are real BMW dealerships in the Phoenix Metro Area. I was able to get all of the problems your Master Certified Technicians and you couldnt fix for the cost of an oil change at a real BMW dealership. By the way the cost of the oil change was less than you charge. AND THEY WERE NICE TO ME, FOUND AN OWNERS MANUAL and didnt have to keep the bike for 8 days to not fix a 10 MINUTE problem. GO AZ is for me and I will buy a Honda next time.

I have had numerous good experiences at Iron Horse in the past with good service and customer service. But recently that has all come to an end. My last few interactions with them have been getting worse and worse. The latest and last straw is as follows. I called up to order a part and began speaking with the guy in the parts department, it soon became clear he was new and took some extra time and explanation to get what I needed, no big deal, we have all been there. The part comes in and its the wrong part, I try to call back to tell him what happens, and call and leave a message, 45 min latter still havent heard back so I call again, still no answer. I called the sales department and they get him on the line and explained the situation. He had to get help this time, still no big deal. I asked to get the part expedited because I had some friends coming down and wanted to go riding. He said it wouldnt make a difference and it would be here on Tuesday one way or the other. At the end of the phone call he tells me in the future I need to provide my VIN number, so I respond with no problem just ask for it. He responds was "UM okay" with a tone and hangs up on me. Now I am annoyed. But what ever we still all have bad days, but it turns out this his must be normal for him. Tuesday afternoon comes and still no response. Same scenario again to get a hold of him.... I was informed my part wasnt in and he couldnt tell me when it would be. Friday comes now still no word, So I call no response from any department now! I leave a message via their web site hoping a manager or the owner someone that cares would get my message and let me know whats going at the minimum or fix any issues there is! Saturday afternoon comes and I still dont know anything so I have to 40 min each way up there to get some answers. He instantly becomes defensive and informs me that the reason no one has gotten back to me is because my part isnt here! Then he also tells me he just didnt want to talk to me! So I get my money back and walk out, never to return and still no response from management.

Just bought a F650 GS and brought the bike in for maintenence. Looked up the bike VIN# easily and was able to see when it was last serviced. Thought that was cool. Told them I have a $1500 budget and they did all required servicing to the bike for just over $900, thought that was very cool since a lot of other places wouldve sucked up my budget. Told me other things about my bike that would need to be done 3000,6000 miles from this service and a couple other things that would need to be looked at again and possibly changed. Thought that was very awesome of them and not trying to get me to do it all at once. Its my first BMW and they showed me other things about the bike because they are a few different characteristics about BMW bikes than other bikes I have had that I told them about. So far all is good, Im loving my new BMW bike and will always take it back here for serve or whatever it may need. Only things is is that the accessory is more expensive than what my other bikes were but thats just the perks of owning a BMW I suppose. Bryan in shop is great and even helped me when I came in looking for a quick fix for my mirror. Needed a quick fix for temporary relief and he stopped what he was doing and looked for an extra part he could laying down. Thought that was super cool. You guys are great and be seeing you when I need the OEM part and next service.
