Finders Keepers Losers Weepers

Ordered A Tire For My ATV, & Was Never Notified When It Had Arrived. Then Left My Machine, & Had To Call To Check On The Completion Time. When I Arrived, It Took Forever To Retrieve. Then As The Juveniles They Have Working There Came Riding/Pushing It, I Was Notified By What Could Only Be Described As A Meth Head, That He Tried Getting It Started! Now. Why Would I Expect You To Start My Machine When All I Needed Was A Tire? Theres Damage To The On/Off Fuel Which Now Leaks. Horrible, Horrible Place. Will Steer As Many People Away From Such An Awful Experience. Dont Even Want Them To Offer To Fix The Machine. That Would Be Insulting. Dont Mess With Other Peoples Belongings! Only Thieves Do That. Horrible Experience To Say The Least.

I cannot say enough about the team at Blitz. I purchased a used yz450 with a brand new Timbersled kit from them in the spring of 2015. The sale went smoothly and I had plenty of after-purchase technical support. While out for a rip this winter, my oil drain bolt had loosened and backed all the way out and I lost all my oil and grenaded the motor. I had never rebuilt a motor before and these guys were INCREDIBLE in helping me get a parts list together and offering technical support along the way. I had a lot of ups and downs during the build, and they were always there to provide help and knowledge. I truly cannot say enough about Travis, Luke, Derek, and Bryson. Incredible team over there!!

Excellent customer service. With a lot of help from the parts guy I had ordered a tire for my Big Wheel dirt bikes that I was going to be taking on a Glamis trip with just enough time to get it shipped and installed before I had to leave. Unfortunately the order did not get processed properly and my bike wasnt going to be ready to go. The great folks at Blitz had the tire shipped overnight at no additional charge so I was ready to go. Not something that most businesses would do in this day and age. Much appreciated.

Im not going to sit here and bash this place because i never got service to judge. Came in and stood at the counter about 5 days after they opened and wasnt acknowledged so out I went. My suggestion to them would be, customers come first, text message conversations come second
