I stopped in for a new helmet to wear while riding my Vespa because you know... "Safety First". I had never been in a bike shop and so it was a new experience for me. I was greeted by a gorgeous girl who helped me find the right helmet for me. After seeing my rad ride and the custom paint, she suggested a helmet that would keep my noggin safe and keep me looking fly on the Gina Lola(my bike). The price was right and the style was perfect. Now I can ride in the bike lane with no fear of Tucson traffic. The rest of the staff was nice, and their selection was great. With all of the overtime I get from Little Caesars, I should be back shortly. I really enjoyed their selection of panniers and will probably go back when I get paid again to soup up the VPA! The store was clean, and the staff was great. The prices were competitive with online retailers as well.

I never had a problem with high pressure salespeople here. I told them what I wanted, about what I wanted to spend, and they pulled the products that fit the request. Price-wise, they are on par with other suppliers, plus you can try it on and/or handle it before you buy it (big problem with internet purchases) and use it the same day. I had no problem returning an item that didnt fit. Wish they stocked more maintenance parts though (oil, air, & fuel filters, etc.) and when they do have it, there is only one option, and I dont care for K&N, so I get those items elsewhere.

Visited this retailer for the first time today in search of some gloves, but wanted to try on some helmets and jackets too. I felt very welcome and received excellent help from a man named Eric. He asked me if I had any questions, and after my initial question stood close by to give advice and answer my following questions. Sometimes it can be intimidating stepping into a shop that has niche market like motorcycles because the staff at times have an elitist "I know more than you attitude", but that wasnt present here. Thanks for the great service.

The staff at this store is great. They are very helpful and very knowledgeable. Their prices beat the local competition and are significantly less then the motorcycle retailers in town. Their helmet return policy has saved me a lot of money. Other stores would have charged me a large restocking fee if they even accepted exchanges. They are great for special order items too. They have special ordered stuff I had trouble finding online. Their advice with non-standard special order items has been valuable to me as well.

Every time I go there, I get treated with respect, get help when I need it, and get left alone when all I want to do is look around without being yammered at by a high-pressure salesman. The prices are competitive, the service is excellent, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The only thing that I could ask is a bigger available selection in the store. They usually have some type of promotional deal going on or planned so pay attention to their website or stop by and see what they have.

The crew always amazes me with the up most respect and honesty. Just bought 2 new tires for my Honda VFR interceptor and its plesent as always. They treat me like a friend and not a paycheck. People like the ones at this shop are very hard to find. Im always going to get my parts and helmets from them. Oh also they always try to help me with the best possible price on gear or parts I need.

While riding one night, one of the screws for my Sedici helmet visor popped off. I brought the helmet into the store and they fitted me with new screws for the visor at no cost. I am very thankful that they did this for me, now I can go ride again. Thank you very much guys!

The manager was stuck up. It seemed if your not in her click she didnt want anything to do with you. I ride a older goldwing and she treated me like I was an outcast. Dont shop there unless you wanted to be treated like you old news.

always helpful and friendly. they dont carry as much as listed in the mailer though, so youll find the shop has mainly their own brand bilt/sedici stuff on display but theyre happy to order for you.
