Bought a new bike here. It was an ok experience. It is true that they will lie to sell you stuff. They told me a certain color was cancelled for the following year. When i said it showed that color on the website, they said they just got an email from the manufacture stating that color was cancelled. Well, on the manufacture website, that color is still listed. The reason they lied about it is because i said i was thinking about waiting till that color comes out, but they wanted me to buy something now. Which is exactly how their business works. They want to sell now now now, and they dont care about keeping customers or referring customers there. Which is ok I guess, they are there to sell and make money off you. But if you want to be treated better, i suggest going to phoenix or sierra vista. There are dealers in those places with excellent reviews. And this place also has horrible service reviews. There is no way I am ever going to take my bike here for service. Last comment - they also signed me up for a credit card without telling me. They had me sign a blank form and said it is to apply for yamaha financing. They didnt explain that it was a credit card. I thought it was for the yamaha motorcycle financing. Well, a couple weeks later, i got my yamaha motorcycle statement through synchrony bank AND a yamaha credit account statement through capital one.

Recently my wife and I decided that we wanted to purchase a motorcycle. After several discussions we decided on a CanAm Spider. We began to task of searching to find the one that we could both agree on. After learning that Ride Now Powersports on Ina Road in Marana offered a variety of CanAm motorcycles. After arriving at Ride Now, I was greeted by sales person Carley Jo Lattanzi-Snyder. For me, first impressions will either make or break a deal. Carley was very patient, she demonstrated the up most professionalism and answered every question I had. A couple of days later, I took my wife to see the motorcycle I had found. After seeing the motorcycle, we decided to purchase it. I have to say, purchasing our motorcycle at Ride Now was one of the best experiences I have ever had in purchasing a vehicle. From the financing process, the ordering of extras for the motorcycle, to the purchase of our helmets, to the delivery of the motorcycle everyone treated us like we were their only customer. I would strongly recommend Ride Now Powersports on Ina Road and especially Carley to anyone who is interested in buying a motorcycle!

Very impressed with all the staff. Went to the one down town was there for 2 hour no one would talk to me. I was able to move one bike near another bike to get a better opinion then put it back and still no one. Here everyone was very helpful from the start. Mike I believe was my finance person who got me a deal that I wouldnt of expected all the way down to the bike I wanted, payments, service plan, and warranty also to include a better insurance rate and plan. How not going to ask but thanks. Before the purchase there was enough knowledge from the staff and they had a go to guy for technical questions of the bikes. For instance this is an R6 its more as a race bike and has this fill too where this is a gsxr 600 bike its set up this way and you can do this with it even thought their both street bikes. Definitely understanding of what type of bike I want why I wanted it and rider I am. I really felt they were here for me and my interest and greeted me every time I walked in a long with had answers to my questions before my purchase 2 weeks after I first walked in and while shopping for that right bike.

Ride now is the biggest joke and monoply tucsons seen yet this is a company who comes in buys out all the competion with tons of cash and then makes it all up by crankin up the prices. But I really dont mind that because bussiness is bussiness but the part I do mind is the fact that they bought out all the dealers in the area and then call them selfs the deal and then when u ask for something as simple as a wireing diagram which Im willing to pay for the 18 year old kid who rides a dirt bike on the weekends and and cant help anyone unless the exact same bike he has get this dumb confused look on his face. I just dont get it what happened too customer service and support. For those who dont know we in the tucson area call this place ride later not ride now. If u dont belive me find a bike u wanna buy and then go see the parts counter where they put the children at and see if they have anything other than oil filters and spark plugs go see and exsperince the joy we here in tucson get too deal with. Avoid this place at all cost because cmpanys like this need to go out of bussines

I recently came in to look for a specific kind of motorcycle. Matt (a salesman) greeted me and simply told me if I had any questions to let him know. Unfortunately they did not have the bike I wanted. He brought his manager over and we discussed what I was looking for. Well he said he had one in Phoenix that was right up my alley. He said he would get it down he for me to look at. I said call me when you get it here. I truly thought he was full of it. Sales pitch whatever. Well I get a call and he says " I got the bike you wanted" To make a long story short, the bike was exactly what I was looking for! Great job guys! Could not be happier with my experience there. These guys are legit. If they dont have the bike you want, they well get it. Fair pricing too! You have won me over with your professionalism , honesty, and non pressure salesmanship. Customer for life!

Took my Yamaha in for a problem, was told they needed 3-4 days to diagnose...after 4 days I called and was curtly told " I said that Id call you ". I waited another WEEK before I called again. I was told " We were wondering when you would call...we left a voicemail a week ago". The voice mail said " Well, we can replace the whole clutch...for $1,100...that might fix the problem, of course, it COULD be in the transmission" I elected to pick up the bike and found that the $97.00 diagnostic fee only covered disassembly and they wanted another $97 to put it back together, so, I got my bike and 2 boxes of parts...friction plates were on the bottom of the pile and had to be replaced. I did the job at home for $100 worth of parts I feel like a sucker and wont EVER go back Ill drive to Phoenix if I need to.

This place sucks. I went in there to buy a new Polaris Sportsman 570. MSRP for machine was $7600. Polaris was offering a $600 rebate. So, paying MSRP and tax you would think wed be close to $7600. I offered $7200 and they came back with $8200. They wanted BS doc fees, assembly fees, and all sorts of other crap. Next day I called Iron City Polaris in Phoenix and got the exact same machine for $7300 out the door with $400 in free accessories. It was a no-brainer. I traveled to Phoenix same day and picked up my quad. Just too bad I could not keep my money local. I will NEVER go back to Ride Now. A day later, they tried to call me to get me back in the store to see if they could "do better". If you cant do right the first time, dont bother getting back with me.
