Have bought dozens of new motorcycles, am 53 years old, and a very demanding buyer. And this was the most pleasant buying experience by far. Live in El Paso, so all negotiations were done by phone and email, and no surprises of any kind (rare). And their prices were the most competitive in the area by a wide margin. Plus they have almost any brand you want, so theyre a one-stop shop if you want anything but a BMW. And that brings me to the 2015 Concours14 I just bought. Ive been a long-time BMW rider, and have tried all of their sport-touring machines except the K1600GT... which I was going to buy. The still recurring problems with their water pumps and transmission made me look elsewhere. Tried the 2014 R1200RT, but never warmed up to the twin engine, and was recalled, so accepted BMWs offer to buy it back. And boy, am I happy I gave another look at the Japanese. The new and improved FJR1300ES was a close second choice (I owned a 2007), but the Concours14 is all I wanted in a sport-tourer. With the exception of cruise control (which Ill overcome with a throttlemeister), it has all I wanted, in the most simple and proven package: great sporty yet compliant suspension, smoothest I-4 engine Ive ever owned, TPMS, heated grips, bags that finally fit my XL helmet, and a perfect riding position (slightly leaned forward, but no wrist/hand pressure. Just want to finish by saying most people only take the time to write a review to complain. I like to reward a great shop when they do a great job, and thats why I took the time to to write this well-deserved review. Give them a try. And if youre a BMW rider, give the Japanese bikes a try too; nothing to lose. Have a great year folks.

The bad experience begins when you exit your vehicle and youre hounded by some sales guy they just hired yesterday who doesnt know anything about motorcycles, but hes determined to sell you everything in the showroom. It doesnt matter if its a ridiculous looking custom BigDawg chopper, or a 1992 Honda Rebel they got as a trade in, he doesnt know a single thing about that bike but its perfect for you and hell make you a deal. After you tell him to take a hike, his tag team partner also tackles you before you can get to the parts counter and hes going to cut you a deal on some other overpriced bike that he knows nothing about. But he already has the papers ready for you to sign. After a brief verbal melee you send him on his way too. Finally youre arrived at the parts counter where you wait in line forever because they have 3-4 employees behind the counter but only one can figure out how to use the computer. First hell tell you that your model of motorcycle was never made because he cant find it in the computer. Then hell locate the right model and tell you that you were wrong. It doesnt matter if youre looking for a something as common as a spark plug, or as obscure as the Holy Grail... They dont have it in stock. But he thinks he can order it for you and youll be paying a crazy amount to have it there in 3-4 weeks. And on your way out you get raped again by salesguy #1. He just talked to his manager and got you an even better deal on that Honda Rebel.

Dont show respect. Ive been in there multiple times to buy things I literally cannot get anywhere else in town and the service wad terrible every single time. Ive gone in a friend, granted we are younger -19 and 21 set on buying a 600+ and were ready to spend 5 Grand and no one helped us for an hour when it was dead, so we left. Another time Street buying a bike elsewhere I went in to but a 300 Hemet with a 50 dollar visor and found the type I wanted in less than a minute but not in the right size. I stood there for maybe 20 or so minutes after asking someone for help but were to busy (supposedly) then getting the extra visor showed me they have no idea about the product. I told them which kind I needed so the gut looked for 5 or 10 minutes coming back with one lookef about right. And I even asked if he was sure it was the right one, he assured me. Got home and it was completely wrong go back and got another guy who told me they dont carry the model I needed and they can have it ordered for 40 dollars. ..... awesome. So basically look like you have money or be older then 40 apparently and theyll help. .. Somewhat. Ive been back just eyeballing a gsxr-750 and been there for 30 minutes with no help. My mom came by to look as well and the second she got there they helped her. So Im not giving a one star rating because some people get helped like my mom like no other, but if your a college kid. ... dunt expect much.

Bought my bike from them and it started out good from sales. Parts department is a bunch of idiots. I ordered multiple parts for my new bike and they never called me to let me know they arrived. They always tell that the parts "just arrived" the day that I call them. I live out of town so its a pain to drive out to them. On one of the orders they realized they didnt have all the parts I paid for which they could have checked BEFORE I made the drive out to them. It took almost two more weeks for the last part, which I think they forgot to order, to get there. Then I took my bike for its 600 mile service and they left the belt tensioner plate loose and rattling against the rim. The guy at the parts department said it was minimal damage. He got annoyed when I told him there shouldnt be ANY damage. After some time he took pictures of the part and told me they would let me know what the manager says the next day because he was off. They didnt call me til 4 days later. I paid 200 some dollars for a 600 mile service and they couldnt tighten a screw. These are the guys that put together my bike and I hope they did a better job putting my bike together than servicing it. Sales people were helpful and nice but the parts department is rude and lazy when it comes to questioning them about the parts you bought or the half ass service they do. Buy your bike, then go somewhere else.

I found the bike that I wanted (KLR 650) on the website and came to the (Las Cruces) dealership as soon as I got off work that same day. The bike was as advertised and I was definitely interested. The problems arose when they upped the listed price with all of their stupid fees from 2,900 to more than 3,500!! What a scam! My salesperson knew significantly less about that bike (and dual-sport bikes in general) than I do but I am used to knowing more than the sales people as I do a great deal of research before I ever go look at a big-ticket item. Nonetheless its a bad sign when the customer has to help the salesperson with details such as the exact engine size or weight. In the end I bought the bike and am very happy with my purchase, but I did not feel respected through the whole process. And with the purchase I was given the title, but they would not include tax and licensing on the bike. Unfortunately, even with the new bike in hand I left the store feeling battered and unhappy. This is NOT the way to treat a customer. If you want a decent deal this might be a place to go, but dont have high expectations of the sales staff or the manager!
