When I am in the store I feel like I am not just a customer, I am a friend. Sziro has always given me good advice, whether it be regarding a repair, or in purchasing something new. I have come to trust their advice and appreciate their professionalism. I cant tell you how much that means to me and my family. That is something that is pretty rare in business these days, let along a jewelry store. Sziro Jewelry is a cut above the rest when it comes to service, knowledge, and the quality of care that you get. Its hard to find a jeweler that you can trust. Sziros is the exception. Their prices are reasonable. I would not hesitate to work with the owners John and Kelly, as well as their long time employee Sheryl. John designs jewelry as well, and is willing to work with his customers to give them what they are looking for.

These people are the best. In the past I have been dealing with a high end jewelry store. Never again! I asked a specific store (with a design bar) to create a pendant. This was one year ago and still waiting. Since then I found Sziro. Not only did they design the piece, it turned out way past my expectations!! Since, I have had several pieces crafted by them and all are simply gorgeous !! I live in Maryland and they are in Florida. I cant get anything better here and for that matter, cheaper. I have not even met these people. It has been all done via text. They have my business forever, and Ive spent several thousand dollars with them just this year. Thank you Orin and crew!!

This place made my engagment! I had a very short timeframe right before the holidays and a pretty specific idea in mind. I had the crazy idea to try and make a ring myself with my metal and jewels and this was the ONLY place in town that cared enough to help me through the process. I spoke to the owner directly whos been making jewlery since highschool, he designed a custom ring for me, and at my request allowed me to make the majority of the components. The ring turned out on time and beautiful. Once she said YES we immediatly went back to talk about wedding bands. Everyones got their suit guy, their ticket guy.... Ive found my jewlery guy. When it came to purchasing an engagement ring for my (soon to be) fiancé, there was no hesitation in doing so with John. As a past customer I knew his work was perfection. With that said, he well exceeded all of my expectations. John is a true artist! As a professional photographer I see wedding rings all the time. Thousands of them. But not a single set has equaled or even come close to what John created. We get tons of compliments, all the time! And we couldnt be happier.

Ive been a loyal customer of Sziros for years. Very professional and trustworthy. They basically pick the gifts out for me, saves me time, and Im always the hero. I wouldnt shop there if the prices were insane. Ive been buying jewelry forever so I know you get what you pay for.

Custom wedding ring, exactly as we wanted. Paid a very fair price. After we had it shipped to us in Maine, the insurance company had it appraised and the value was way hire than we paid. Highly recommend.
