Nunca mas compro nada en kay, no gasto ni mi tiempo ni mi dinero en este lugar y estas personas que trabajan aquí lo peor de lo peor ,,, mande unas prendas a arreglar y me tuvieron 3 meses esperando y cada vez que iba me decían algo diferente y nadie sabia nada de nada ,,, que mal servicio al cliente por dios deberían de cerrar este lugar ...... Así es como quiebran los grandes negocios por mal servicio al cliente...... gente inepta y poco profesional ...

Left my wifes ring to be cleaned & polish like I do every 6 months & there are some new employees there that gave horrible customer service. Not going to this Kay jewelers again.
