Do not trust this dealer. I was never to going to post this but after today I feel I have no choice. I know Dennis and have bought other vehicles from him. He is no stranger nor am I to him. I have also done work with his wife. Thats what makes this so disappointing. He sold us a Honda van last fall (2016). He bought at auction under my guidelines of "no van that has been in a accident." Well he bought a van that was in an accident and tried to hide it from us. I had to send to a different mechanic to verify it. Then we looked up a car fax that said it was indeed in an accident. Nearly $2k of work needed. I forced Dennis to buy it back from us - but he would not reimburse us for the $1k in taxes. And this is the very short version of very frustrating and long story. Then today (nearly 4 months later) I get a phone call from a lady who bought this very van from Dennis. And he didnt fix any issues. How she found my contact info was "divine" I believe. He also lied to her. In short- do NOT trust this dealership. If he is willing to not be truthful to those he knows, how much more will he be untruthful to you.

Communicated about a vehicle we saw online. Came from about an hour away to see it, and as we had thought it had some cosmetic issues. Ended up buying it, and further communication with the dealership were either mildly unpleasant or not returned. They dont seem interested in making lasting relationships. Vehicle is fine though I wish Id have negotiated more and at least insisted upon a detailing, as upon closer inspection there was blonde hair was all over the front floorboards, and the car definitely wasnt "dealership"-level clean.

The salesman, Mark, strikes me as a pretty honest and upfront guy. Not a huge lot but inventory turns over quickly and all the vehicles we looked at were reasonably priced. Had a few administrative issues that keep me from wanting to give 5 stars but I would definitely go back next time Im in the market for a used car.

I am very happy with my experience at Maxtown Motors. Mark the salesmen did an outstanding job and I suggest you go see him! The environment was nice and the deal I got on my Acura was great!
