Terrible place, they are liars especially Ali the owner, Do NOT do Business with them!!! Unless you like being scammed. I purchased a vehicle from them almost 2 weeks ago, since I was out of state I negotiated my price over the phone for tax, title and plate. I informed them I would bring a check for the total out the door price. I left a deposit to hold the car. The post said the car was like new inside and out with a few minor flaws. Fast forward. I go to pick up the car. It clearly had been in an accident as both the front and rear bumpers had been painted, the car has a Tire light on, brake light, coolant light, Check engine light and coolant light on. They informed me they were unable to take care of my plates as negotiated because I was out of state. I went ahead and took the car despite the several lights that were on because I thought the car was still a good deal. Driving home the wheel shook terribly, the nav didnt work and neither did the cigarette lighter. I took the car to be inspected and found out it needs a new coolant system, brakes all the way around, a new head unit for the nav, thrust bars for the shake, an oil change, and it has a misfire. This is about 3k worth of work. Brakes themselves are $1200 for fronts only. Then 2 weeks past and I didnt receive my deposit back from the my credit card. The owner Ali calls me (Im thinking to see how I like the car) He says I owe him $500 more to pay my taxes on the car. Wait I already negotiated that and brought a check from the bank to cover all of that. Then he says he wont give the title (which is clearly states in my paperwork that I signed was paid for) till I pay the extra $500 and he says he is keeping the deposit until then as well. Dont go to this place Please!!!! My bank is in process of cancelling the check, and my cc company is reversing the charge of the deposit. He can come get his car back if he wont give the title.

I found myself in a situation where I had to go to a buy here/pay here car dealership. I was prepared for a nightmare of an experience. After a day of phone calls, scouring the internet, and negotiating, Id all but given up. The mark up at buy here/pay here dealerships was ridiculous! When I came across Ali and Source One Auto Brokers, I expected the same. I couldnt have been more wrong. I was treated fairly. Ali worked with me on my down payment and the price of the vehicle since I drove 2 hours to purchase my VW Beetle. He went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable. There was no pressure to purchase. Theres no long, drawn out payment period. Theres no ridiculous mark-up. Theres no insulting interest rate. I could not be more pleased with my experience at Source One!

Paid off my car but he demanded more money. Had to get a lawyer and threaten to sue to get my title after I made my last payment because he refused to give me my title free and clear of the lein. Reported them to the Attorney general and they forced him to give me my memorandum title to get permanent plates. Illegally charges late fees. The list just goes on. I love my car but will never spend another dime here due to the owners shady practices. I kept receipts proving what and when I paid, the owner of the car lot refused to show me why I owed him more money when I requested a print out of what I still needed to pay. He can say what he wants but the attorney general doesnt lie, they have complaints on file about him.

Weve purchased and quickly paid off two vehicles, which we are still driving, from Ali. Would quickly and gladly refer this establishment to ALL! Ali is a great salesman and is fair and willing to work with you as long as your honest with him. I brought a 07 Honda Oddessy from him in 2016 and paid it off this Feb and have had no issues with him at all. I would recommend this dealer if your looking for a good used car
