Buyer Beware! These guys misrepresented almost everything about the car we wanted to see so I can only surmise that they lie about everything. My daughter was interested in a Mini Cooper that these guys had listed on the internet. The write up looked great with comments like “well maintained” and “new tires.” When she spoke with Christopher at Luxury Motors he told her that there were 4-5 interested buyers looking at the car (effectively saying we needed to move quickly or it would be gone.) The initial conversation took place on a Monday and we made an appointment to see the car on Thursday at 5:30pm. Since we are over 2 hours away from Luxury motors, on Thursday we called before leaving the house to make sure that the car was still available for us to check out. We were told “yes, come on in it is here for you.” When we arrived at 5:20pm we asked for Christopher and were told that he was out on a test drive. At about 5:40pm Christopher came into the office and told us that he was test driving the car before we arrived and heard a “rattle from the exhaust” so he was having their mechanic check it out (along with the brakes which were making noise.) He assured us it would be done shortly and then disappeared. At about 6:30pm I went looking for Christopher and found him in a conference room with the owner. I confronted him about exactly when we might see the car (they close at 7pm) and I was told, shortly. About 6:40pm the owner came out to tell us the car was not going to be available for viewing, but he would prove to me that they had the car by showing it on the rack. What I saw was the Mini Cooper on the rack with the tires off and the brake pads removed. The rotor was rusty, which told me the car had not been driven lately. The owner then proceeded to tell me that they were replacing the clutch, brakes, and fixing the exhaust (so much for well maintained) and that they had been working on it for the past few days. The “new tires” were well worn and only had a few thousand miles left on them (if that.) Virtually everything we had been told was a lie. The owner apologized for costing us 4 hours to see nothing and told us he would call us when the car was ready to drive. We never got a call, but we just noticed that the car was still on their web site but now the price was $2k higher. I was leery about these guys after seeing the number of poor ratings that they had received, but decided to give them the benefit of doubt. In the end, I found myself adding this poor rating to the mix as a warning for all that read it. Don’t trust anything these guys tell you!

VERY dishonest, not friendly at all, claims he (Wael Hashem) can finance "anyone," then did nothing but tell me that everyone turned down the loan. How can you claim you can finance people with less than perfect credit, and then tell them that because of their bad credit, no one will approve the note? Doesnt make sense. Also, he will not reply to you in a timely manner if you are not there in person to ask the important questions. The pictures on their website dont match the pictures of the actual cars on the lot. Also, look up the place on Google Maps. The REAL pics of the dealership do not match the building in the pictures of the cars online. The other person that was talking about the interest rate is 100% correct, it is COMPOUNDED interest, NOT simple interest. You will pay double and triple what a car is actually worth by the time it is paid off, meaning you will have zero positive equity in the car by the time you think about trading it in on something else. You will actually be taking a HUGE loss on it. The dealer is also completely inflexible on price, will not negotiate with you at all, and when you tell him that the car is way overpriced, he just tells you not to buy from them, to go somewhere else. Believe me, I did just that! This is NOT a place you want to do business with, and I am guessing that the few positive reviews on here are from either their employees trying to get their ratings up, or just completely made up by fake people for the same reason. If you purchase a car from these people, you will be making a very big (and EXPENSIVE!) mistake! Trust me, there are better options out there for people with less than perfect credit...do your homework and stay away from Luxury Auto Sales!

My experience was luxury auto sales was beyond the call of duty .... I went in looking at a 2002 Toyota Celica the owner/finance man named Wael greeted me and gave me the respect I deserved as customer. Checked the car out and it was in perfect shape the price was right... Just to tell ya i gave him a hard time examining every square inch of the car showed up with a carfax report checked Vin numbers on windows, engines the whole nine . He had a car report from another company there just in the records waiting just incase anyone asked. Glove Box had ORIGINAL repair book with the card from the dealership from when it as new. This car was a time capsule piece so we got into pricing no shams no B.S he took care of the paperwork helped me compare loans to get the best deal based of my downpayment and credit history. Left me alone with the documents let me read EVERY page alone (kinda a OCD customer ) we got to dealing signed the papers had the car Clean Fresh Plated and ready for liftoff . Wael is a honest man who will answer every question and break it down for you if you need it. For the lot he always got sweet imports and a few domestics. Having a 5speed Celica GT means he knows where he can get rare cars that are not torn to shreds and he keeps the people who want to drive like idiots out of the rides so no redline fever my car. His web page has massive high quality photos of pretty much every side of the car so you know what your going to look at when you buy. The man knows his imports knows the repairs knows the trends of pretty much every car i asked him about the man has a wealth of knowledge. Shop local buy local visit Wael and see if they have the sweet import for you. ..............

I bought my car the beginning of last year. No complaints about the car itself except for it was hardly cleaned out from the previous owner and they didnt mention the fact that it had been wrecked (there were also smallmdents and a big dent/scrape that I couldnt see because it was covered in snow). We spent our entire day at the place, definitely more than 6 hours. One of the cars I drove an hour to look at was being driven by a salesman who wasnt in that day so I couldnt even look at it. Any time you call with a question they say the manager isnt in and they will call you back and then they never do. Also, when I was going through the process of buying the car the manager told me what my monthly payment and interest rate would be and I hesitated for a second because I thought it would be lower. He then points at the screen and says something like "well everyone else denied you, do you want to see for yourself? Denied, denied, denied.." That was not even relevant to my hesitation and very unprofessional and rude. The only positives I have are that our salesman was nice and they paid for an oil change and put new tires on the front of the car because the steering wheel was super shaky.
