I am shopping around for eye doctors but got very suspicious after reading all the 8 five-star reviews that this office got. I even clicked on the names of the reviewers, and magically I found that each one of these individual gave between 5 to 13 reviews, every single one of the reviews being a FIVE STAR. What amazed me more was how odd the geography of the places review was. That is, one day I see a 5 star review in CA for a lawyer, the next day another 5 star review but in FL for painting a house, and 2 days later another 5-S in MD for carpeting a home, etc.... This seem very unrealistic to me, since it seems like everybody is traveling all over the United States doing all sorts of business, and giving 5-star reviews for all services received. This situation more seems to me like this people are being paid to give good reviews to this business. What do you think?

Ive been going to my optometrist for years since I was 10 but about 4 years ago I decided to switch. My prescription seemed off but my optometrist kept telling me it was fine. Dr. Boyd was very helpful and friendly. After my exam my vision has never been better! Ive been going there ever since. Its a small office with only the Dr. and the receptionist attending, so you get a personal experience. I admit the building could use some updating but its owned by a very old and grumpy man who only comes by for the rent. Theres no convincing him.

Scheduled an appointment after calling almost every day with no reply for one week, couldnt leave a message on machine. My appointment was this morning at 9:00am door was locked. I called the office left a message to let them know I was here. Waited until 9:10 and left. Called from home 9:30 the Dr. Himself answer and told me he was there all this time, he just forget to unlock the door. This was not the first time I had an unpleasant experience with him. Will not be returning along with my child.

I dont know why this place has a bad review sometimes people are snobs I Have been visiting Mr Boyd office since I was a kid great person and staff very helpful and always recommend the best!!! great eye doctor will be going back soon!

My son needed glasses and this office was close to my house. At first the location kind of scares you, but the Dr. was great. he explained in detail to my son about his vision. took his time. Im very happy to have found this place.
