I went in today before work because I needed help replacing a headlight bulb by my battery that I couldnt do. Walked in and told them what I needed and was responded with a "not interested." Stood there for a moment thinking it was a joke, a lot of mechanics Ive seen are sarcastic. Then the owner proceeded to just say "Bye" reminiscent of being in high school. I would not recommend at all unless you are looking to waste your time. I dont understand how someone can be so rude to someone seeking help with their car.

Ted and his crew are conscientious and they really know their stuff. They try hard to avoid running up your bill unnecessarily. Recently, on my car, Ted cleaned the contacts to an engine sensor, instead of just replacing the sensor and it solved a problem very cheaply. I thanked him, and he said, "Mechanics work on their own cars that way. I work on my customers cars that way too."
