Regular Grind

Things have changed a lot since I worked on my own car up until the 1980s. The folks at this store have always been helpful to me in both finding parts and installing them. I once got a bad bulb, but that was not their fault, and most other purchases have worked well. I may pay a few pennies more at this store, but the customer service makes it worth it.

This store is located at the intersection of Church Road and Lancaster Avenue, on the SE corner. The location indicated on the map is off by several hundred yards. I ordered parts for two old German-make cars here earlier this year. They got it right on the first try. Thank you.

Ardmore, PA store is easy to get to, always parking on side street (Church Road), fast service on phone and in store, have all the light bulbs I need for my 2002 Voyager. I use on-line repair videos to guide me through my simple replacements. Thank you!

Order some led bulbs and they did not work and now they dont want to give me my money back because the package is open which make no sense i wouldnt know if they work unless I try them pep boys is the the place to go

I like the quality of napa parts. Being that im a carpenter i do need some advice though. The young man working the counter seemed to know as much or less than me, which isnt a problem, just not a help either

Fat stinky guy working the register, he was sick and sneezing all over the place, sneezed on my reciept and my debit card! Had to wipe my debit card off with lysol wipes! That nasty mutt should be fired
