The reviews about the black chick with single braids isnt a lie! She wasnt bluntly rude to me but she didnt say anything to us as in greeting or thanking us for coming. She had this angry look on her face and stared my daughter down until I said "hi,hru.... Are you in the zone"? Customer service is everything so Ill be baking my cookies myself at home for now on. I enjoyed the location in Miami but Atlanta location has to do better. Everyone Tiffs treats also sells fresh cookies and theres no additional charge for their great customer service! This chicks has to be related to the owner or doing extras to keep her job... More than enough complaints regarding her for her to still be employed...smh

Ordered the brownie sundae..... They put it in a pizza box thing.. So it couldnt be closed properly. The brownie was very dry. Also they have no wet toppings for the sundae. The whole experience was very average. I believe that the whole reason for eating out in general is to have experience you cannot have at home. I have not tried the cookies but this was probably the worst restaurant brownie sundae I have ever had.

The hours of this place are amazing. I was able to purchase cookiea at 10am and 3am!!! The cookies are soft and warm. You can make ice cream cookie sandwiches. They offer milk for people to purchase as well. I dont recall seeing almond milk or soy milk which could be a bummer for some people. Each time I visit this place no matter what city I find it in, I am never disappointed.

Pretty disappointed... their page advertises that they are open till 4am, yet we arrived at 330 and they said they close at 3. This is unacceptable! Did they allot themselves an hour to eat the rest that didnt sell? Im not happy. Im unhappy, very very unhappy. Please change your page times if Im going to drive from a surrounding county just to get them.

The place is convenient for late night cookies. The first and only time I had them I ordered delivery online around midnight. Arrived a bit after 1am. The cookies we tried were good, but the snickerdoodle was completely raw in the center which was disappointing and had to be thrown away. That is the main reason I am giving them only 3 stars.

This is an awesome spot for a good traditional dessert with a little hype! Staff is super nice and give you a nice amount. Beware of parking in front of the store however..it is 9:40pm and these meter maids are like minions...their asses are everywhere and descending on the cars like bird dump!

I called them after I waited 90 minutes and nothing arrived. Was told the order was out for delivery. I called again 40 minutes later and was told the order was never even put into the system even though they wasted two hours of my time. Terrible experience; find someplace better.

Waited over an hour for a delivery that was supposed to take 45 minutes, tops. There is no reason why at 11 pm, it takes over an hour to get a box. The cookies were still warm and tasty, but I wont ever be buying delivery from this location again. Only take-out for me.

Hot, fresh and fast then to top it off they are pretty tasty. What sets them apart from other cookie companies are their hours. They are open late night and even delivery. This could be do bad for me. Ugh, but I will be back on my next cheat day.

This place is great because it is open until 3 am. If you want some warm cookies at night, just head here. Also, if you want to go during the day, its fine. Dont make it a habit though. Its cheaper to bake your own cookies if you go to often.

Great cookies....but the parking is non existant with an EPS booting tech waiting in the deck to boot away the poorly marked non customer spots. The businesses here need to do something because it will drive away any customers driving here.

I love cookies, soft gooey warm cookies. Mix that with rich delicious ice cream...recipe for success. If you are in midtown make sure you stop by. If you are else where in Atlanta dont miss out, make sure you get over there!

What can I say amazing cookies and ice cream and they deliver. Greatest place ever. Cookies stayed soft for two day in the the box (somehow they lasted that long). Couldnt give more than five stars or I would have.

The cookies are more often under-done than not, great if you like that gooey texture. Otherwise they serve ice cream sandwiches and cookies a la mode, all great choices to scratch that sweet tooth.

Open late, great cookies. Delivery available for just a few cookies (or 1 cookie and a bottle of milk) so thats pretty fantastic as well. Chocolate chunk is my favorite.

If you dont have an Insomnia cookie at least once a week than youre missing out. They deliver till 3AM. Make sure you get the S mores, insanely chocolaty.

AMAZING! The red velvet is some top tier A+ cookie. Their app and website are pretty awful to use so just call for delivery. Pretty short wait times.
