I purchased a sectional in December. I was told that I was approved for a "line of credit" but in actuality it was a LEASING CONTRACT that stipulated that if the furniture was not paid in full in 90 days I would not own the furniture. Furthermore, the bi-weekly increments they took out of my paycheck WAS NOT equal to 3 months but more like 6 months so the plan was for me to not own the furniture. Delivery day: 1/29/16 I was delivered a sectional with a huge gaping hole in the side of it. I immediately called the store to inform them and was told I was supposed to inspect it before the delivery guys left and that I WAS RESPONSIBLE!!!! I went to the store to talk to a manger and was told the same thing at which point I went berserk!!! I called corporate and emailed pics of the damage. It was determined that I COULD NOT have done the damage myself. I was promised a new sectional. A month and a half went by...still no replacement. I was told it was on "back order". I got a call in April saying my "replacement piece" was ready...wait what??? "REPLACEMENT PIECE"??? I was supposed to get a whole new sectional and furthermore, it was THE WRONG DAMN PIECE!!! So here it is 6/18/16 and I STILL havent gotten my furniture. Just went to the store again and was told to call back Monday. REALLY???? Its been FIVE MONTHS!!!!! Do not shop here. You get what you pay for!!!!!!!!!!!

Do not buy from this company. I received a chester drawer that I had picked up from the store in box brand new. Upon receiving it at home, I unpackaged the dressers and one of the drawers was loose. When I called the store to inform them and to get the issue resolved, I got the run around. The store manager asked me if I tried tightening the screw myself. He also offered to replace the drawer (brand new in box), with a floor model, with no discussion of discount/refund. I was told that it was my responsibility to UNBOX the furniture at the store and inspect it prior to taking it home. That once I took the furniture home it was then my responsibility. Since I had someone else pick up the furniture, they signed for the furniture, and apparently the company is saying there is a clause in the paper work that you are agreeing that the furniture is in good working order---even though it is completely boxed when you pick it up. The store does not have anyone that assemble or repair furniture. They accept no responsibility for defective furniture. Purchase at your own risk. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

En esta tienda es pesimo el servicio por qué yo compre el juego entero de recamara el comedor y el mueble de televisión pero las sillas me salieron con fallas y el el mueble del tv no aguanta un tv de 55 pulgadas y la garantía que supuestamente se compra el tel no lo contestan y en la tienda no resuelven nada

I had a really great experience here. I had just moved and I got an ad in the mail. Seeing a really good deal, I called in immediately and got a really great agent called Daphney. She confirmed the deal and said she could get me everything that Same Saturday. I went in and in just an hour, I was out off to the warehouse to get my furniture the next day. I literally furnished my whole living room, rugs and everything, for just about $1000. Go see these guys!!

My representative that took care of me name daphne had VERY excellent customer service skills usually when u go to stores like this they try to rush u and just want your money but she made me actually feel like she cared about my needs instead of just trying to get my money she had very high patience level and was very helpful from the moment I walked in till I left the store she was very very wonderful

I just recently moved to Maryland from up north. I was searching for new furniture when I came upon Pricebusters. Not only were the prices phenomenal but the experience was pleasant as well. I called ahead and spoke to a rep named Daphney and she assisted me throughout the entire visit and purchase. I would recommend anyone looking to buy a bedroom set, living room furniture.. their prices are great and they have wonderful workers like Carlos that will work with you. No matter the situation.

My expierence at this location was exceptional. The customer service from the lovely lady Daphney was wonderful. She gave a full detailed description of the financing and packaging options. My experience at Price Busters - Hyattsville was great! The first thing that I noticed was that all of the furniture was in great condition and looked exactly the way it was advertised on the website. Also, I am very impressed by the prices they are able to offer. I would definitely recommend Price Busters to others!

True to their word, you should never get out of Price Busters empty handed. They have fabulous deals. Their staff are also super friendly and knowlegeable. I needed to get into my new apartment with all the furnishing I needed. And they helped me realize that dream while also according me fantastic customer service.

Im glad I came in to get my bedroom set today, the staff was super friendly and I was in and out in 30 minutes. They have a wide selection of items for your home that I overlooked online, so Im glad I came in the store. I talked to one of the sales guys, Carlos, and he explained all of my paying options in detail.

I went to 3 different stores looking for a table and sectional the other two stores charged me 400 for one table i was like oh no i went in price busters were i was greated by a nice young women name daphney were she showed me a table for 129 and a sctional on sale for 300 dollars i brought both i love this store

Prices are unbeatable and the customer service is givien to you with undivided attention. All the disclaimers are said to you instead of having to read it on paper.

The price From furnitures are better than any furniture From langley Park and the quiality r nice too. And about the Service... Well... The Guy that was in the Store is very friendly and give me a good price on my new set of sofa and the delivery was great because the sofás comes in a box and brand new...!
