If I could give this place a zero star rating I would. These people are the epitome of scam artists. I bought a car from them earlier this month. I traded in a car that could have easily been sold for $8,000 and they only gave me $4,000 for it. I ended up paying $2,500 to get the vehicle that I wanted. Three days later I went to get it inspected an it failed. There was NO break pad on one side, the check engine light came on, it had multiple leaks, under the hood was hurt rigged and not to mention it had a bad turbo as well. They gave me a warranty that they claimed would cover basically everything important and the warranty company came back saying nothing is covered. I now have to pay THOUSANDS to have it fixed and they are now selling my previous car for $7,500. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DUMP.

I bought a car here with a lot problems, I couldnt even pass the state inspection for 2 months. They granted to pass the state inspection but this is not true! They told me they will fix the car and help me to pass the inspection, I give them the car back for weeks and they couldnt even tell me what was going car inside the car, after they waste more than one month for doing nothing help they were trying to convince me to give them the car and they will do some ILLEGAL way to pass the inspection then they can get away from it. The reason is they dont want to spend money and want to get away from their responsibilities. Now I have to spend my own money to pass the inspection! If you are trying to buy a healthy and functional car, dont go here!

Just bought our 5th car from this dealership, I use to live in Leominster when we bought our first car, they use to have only 5-8 cars, but my last visit they had moved to a new location and wow its is great, they have been growing and growing, owner even remembered me, he had no sales person at the time when i purchases my first car, just bought our first diesel VW and Stefan (manager) was absolutely great, got us the best deal and they even delivered the vehicle to us. Even if they sell you a vehicle as-is they will stand behind there vehicles and will help as much as they can. I have referred lots of friends and family and each time i get a check in the mail for $100 lol, thanks a lot and we will see you next time.

Few weeks ago I bought a Honda from this place, and I found out 3 days ago the car is very hard to get start, I bring the car back and ask the dealer why, she said she will take care of that and get her mechanic to fix the car for me for free. I pick up the car today, they told me everything has been fixed. But when I drove back tonight the car stopped on the high way! I towed the car to my mechanic, he told me the changed the regional park plug away! The used a market and cheap one to replace that, and now the car could not even can get start! Liars!

I recently went in to look at a sweet bmw convertible and as I walked in the sales professional asked me why i was there- and after i told him he simply said "take it for a spin"- I was a little shoicked at his nonchalance, just "go for a spin" I was instantly sold but it was a 58000 original mile 15 year old car that is in showroom condition. I gladly paid like $2000 over blue book and absolutely love this car. Their location is packed with deals and great cars- you gotta go see it!

Bought a Scion tC from here and although it does have very minor issues cosmetically it has been working just fine also passed inspection with no problem. The woman who sold me the car was a great person to talk to and seemed very honest as to what she has and was selling. If your having second thought about this place dont because they seem very helpful and will back you up when it comes to anything with the vehicles you purchase from them.

Didnt buy a car from them, but their lot has a great selection. The guy working there (forget his name) was very friendly and we test drove a few cars that were listed at extremely reasonable prices. I felt comfortable at this dealership, and I felt they were very honest and not hiding anything. I was looking for a very specific car that they didnt have, but I would shop here again.

The sale me a ford about 3 weeks ago with a lot electronic problems, the car couldnt get start, I bring the car back to them and they told me I caused the problem, then they ask me leave to figure it out by myself. How honest and professional people they are? Ill tell anyone I know do never ever go there to by a car!
