I picked up my car this evening from being serviced and wanted to post a review regarding one particular individual there, Emile Colon. I’ve been doing business with Wagner Mercedes for roughly 7 years. I’ve purchased 3 vehicles and have had the opportunity to work directly with MANY of Wagner Associates from all the departments there. I met Emile 2 years ago when I picked up my CLS, and he’s been taking care of me ever since. I thought it was important that everyone knows, how much of an asset he is to Wagner. I’ve worked with many of the professionals in the service department, which are all excellent. However, Emile takes it a step further, going beyond any expectation that one could ever imagine in terms of customer service. After buying my dream car, on Rt. 95 a dump truck dropped It’s drive shaft in rush hour traffic and I had no option but to run it over. My car was in the shop roughly 3 months and Emile was there every step of the way. He worked with the adjusters and continued to work with them until my car was fixed properly. I could go on and on but to sum it up, I only bring my car when Emile is working. Over the past 2 years, he’s been consistently delivering and continues to exceed my expectations. He makes you feel like you’re his “only customer”. When it comes to addressing any issues regarding the car, he is always extremely knowledgeable in explaining what the cause was and what options are. When scheduling he always asks what works best for me and has offered to come in early or stay late to assist. He is very respectful if I cannot get all the repairs completed at one time and covers with me what my priority items are. In being a business professional myself, I do have high standards. Not only does Emile perform on the customer service aspect but it’s also the small things that he does that really matter to me. We pick on past conversations regarding family, holidays etc.……He’s gotten to know me and the personal attention he delivers is out of this world.

Bought my brand new 2015 GLK, first time bringing in for oil change at 10k Miles. Dustin is the person at front desk sat me down at his desk. Dustin then register my car in for service. He gave me a form to sign saying the service would cost $295. In my mind, i was wondering why it cost so much for an oil change. I didnt think of much and waited for an hour for my car to finish. When its time to pay, i asked Dustin why it cost triple the price just for an oil change. He then stated, you didnt pay for the oil change alone, you paid for a Mercedes A Service package that include all these type of inspections, and he gave me an inspection list. I was like, wait a minute, why do i need to pay for this package? My car is only 10k miles, nothing wrong with it. All i want is just an oil change, why are you not telling me all this in beginning. If i had an option to pick for an oil change or your package, id just pick my oil change service. Dustin then goes well i thought you knew and service already done for. Its my first time bringing in my car, how would i know about all these gimmicks they trick you into buying. I was upset so i called in requesting for a service manager to call me back. I waited a day with no calls so i ended up calling myself. I spoke with Tim, the service department manager. Tim said, youve signed stating youre paying for this service and theres nothing we can do. I clearly told Tim that i was blindsided and tricked into committing for a service which i dont need. But Tim refuses to offer credit back to me and suggest me calling the corporate after i asked to speak to general manager and district manager. Here i am, feeling ripped off, unsatisfied with their service and will never go back there again... recommend to stay away from these thirsty blood suckers..

In February of 2017, I purchased a certified used E350 coupe at Wagner Mercedes-Benz of Shrewsbury. I had an excellent buying experience. While everyone I dealt with on the staff impressed me, the sales associate, Jamie Rodriguez, who worked with my wife and me, really made the difference. He was knowledgeable and patient, responding to every question raised by us fully and professionally. When we went to the dealership that day, I was looking seriously at trading in my BMW 5 Series, but I was not necessarily committed to buying a car that day. Jaime patiently and courteously took us for test drives on several cars we were interested in, compared their features to each other as well as comparable BMWs and Audis and took the time to patiently lay out the various purchase options for us. There was zero sales pressure and no games. Jaime explained every feature of the vehicles we were looking at, and answered all of our questions fully and professionally. In short, his focus was to make sure I was getting the car that met my goals at a competitive price. Since the purchase Jaime has followed up by contacting me several times to be sure everything was going well with the new car (and they are!). After two months, I am still delighted whenever I am driving my new car. During our time at the dealership, we were frequently asked by others if I needed any help. The entire staff was positive, helpful and customer focused. Our front to back buying experience was a pleasure and the follow up has been excellent. I highly recommend Wagner Mercedes-Benz and especially Jamie Rodriguez!

I recently purchased a Mercedes Sprinter Crew Van for use in my mobile veterinary practice. I had been using a Freightliner 2500 Crew Van for 5 years previously and was extremely satisfied. It is a Mercedes-built vehicle with a Freightliner tag on it. I was very happy with that vehicle but did test drive a Ford sprinter-style van due to dealer proximity. I kept saying "this isnt like the Sprinter. I like xyz better about the Sprinter." So, I decided to buy another Sprinter. I went to Wagner Mercedes, and dealt with Joe Casey as my salesman. Joe was always very helpful and accessible, and his primary goal was to have me satisfied with my purchase. He said on numerous occasions "it has to be right for you." I had a shelving system that I really loved but we found that it was not available for sale in the USA any more. Joe Casey did his homework and found an up-fitter that was able to locate a cache of shelving large enough to meet my needs. He worked very closely with me and my assistant during every step of the up-fitting process; making sure that each of my goals were met. I have been very pleased with my new van. I had high expectations based on my previous ownership experience, and those expectations have been met. I am particularly pleased to be getting 23-25 MPG. I recommend Mercedes, Wagner Motors, and Joe to anyone who cares to listen about how much I like my Sprinter.

I will start by saying the service dept is courteous and friendly, however I ran into a problem a few months ago. My wifes alternator was changed on her C300 to the tune of $1,550.00 in February. I was told the alternator was very expensive and that was most of the cost. $966.00 for the alternator alone, they also told me the battery was replaced as a precaution anytime the alternator is replaced. Ok, so i paid for everything no questions just happy to have the car back. In August the alternator light came on so we brought it back to be looked at and they could find nothing, they said possible battery. Come to find out the battery was not replaced as I was told. Then for some reason I searched through the parts catalog online. Basically everything I found in the catalog was much cheaper than what they are charging everyone. My $966.00 alternator was $724.00 which is crazy. Thats almost $250.00 dollars difference. I should dig up all my service slips and compare prices to what they have charged over the years. The sad thing is I have been a loyal customer since my wife purchased the car. Maybe next time I need work done I will buy all the parts from the parts counter and have them do the labor, should be cheaper since I wont have to pay their ridiculous mark up. Anyone know of a good independent service center in the Worcester area where I wont get ripped off?
