Our sales professional Zee was very nice and professional, however I would not buy a car from here ever again. I bought a used 2013 BMW X5. When I picked up the car, I noticed the pockets behind the seats had trash in them... Old ice cream wrappers to be exact. Not cool. There was old food on the floor in between the seats and writing left on the window from when the car was on the lot. Also, black smoke was pouring out of one of the exhaust pipes. The sales person said the black smoke was due to the car being recently detailed. Foley Motorsports service had told me that it had 3 new tires on it. I should have been weary because Ive never heard of putting 3 new tires on a car. Tire places that Ive been to in the past usually replace 2 tires (fronts or backs) or all four. Less than a month after driving the car, we had several issues with the "new" tires. Three days after we picked it up from Foley, one tire had a leak from the valve and went flat. Days later, one of the other tires had a bubble coming out of the side of it. A day after getting the car back from Foley fixing those two issues, another tire went flat and the service manager Kevin refused to fix it. He insinuated that the slice in the tire was caused by something we drove on during the day that we had the car back. We are now left paying for a new tire after barely driving our new car. I dont know where they got the tires, or if the issue is installation, but I would not recommend buying a car here. Im left wondering if the car we bought is safe to drive, and what other issues were going to encounter because of the work done by Foley Motorsports.

I had never heard of Foley Motorsports until I found a car I liked through a generic internet search. I later learned through my mechanic that they are reputable group and that he had dealt with them before with positive outcomes. Nevertheless, I wanted to make my own assessment so I proceeded through the transaction objectively and must say that I am satisfied with the experience. Their asking price was fair and the negotiation process straightforward. They were reasonable in accommodating my requests and addressed most if not all my concerns with the vehicle prior to purchase. Their service department was equally accommodating and worked with me through a couple of minor items along with a warranty issue with the manufacturer; case still pending and even though I am taking it up with the manufacturer, Foley has been supportive with the issue on their end. It takes quite a bit to earn my trust and satisfy my expectations but the people at Foley have certainly set the stage for it. It is difficult to judge them thoroughly by a single experience but their first impression was good and I would certainly consider them again when it comes time to replace or add to my family’s collection of vehicles. They were professional and courteous but most importantly, I felt that they were honest and treated me with respect. P/s: Minor topic but they did a great job repairing some curb rash on the wheels.

Two faced approach No professionalism!!!! Went in with my wife very excited to look at a particular truck that is hard to find. First impressions were standard, though salesman was pushy, it was not out of the norm. We started to talk figures and trade in. We decided my wife would bring the trade in vehicle into the shop the next day to be looked at. Sound plan, so far I would have given them 3 stars.... When my wife showed up at the scheduled time she was told the salesman we had been working with had to leave because of a family emergency, so problem we understand life happens. However what happened next should never happen to anybody. So another salesman came out (I will not put his name on here) and was incredibility rude and conceding to my wife. He was making comments to her that had nothing to do with the purchase of a car. He was totally unprofessional and made her feel that she shouldnt be her looking at that truck. He was very lucky that I was not present for this, because we all would have had a nice sit down with GM to discuss how to talk professionally to a woman!. Because of that experience, we took our money to another dealership who knew how to treat ALL its customers no matter what sex they were Be careful at this dealership.

My husband had taken me to another Used Car Dealership to look at vehicle. I wasnt real happy with the car I had seen or the dealership itself. My brother had purchased a vehicle from Foley Motorsports about a year before and was thrilled with the experience he had and the vehicle he had purchased. I decided to check them out on-line. Their site on-line was very user friendly. I went to their inventory section and clicked on Cadillac and low and behold there was the exact Vehicle I was looking for!! I was so excited that I made my husband come with me within a couple of hours to go and test drive it. When we got there we felt no pressure and free to look around as we liked. Greg Ostrander was very nice and was a real joy to work with. While looking at the CarFax with Greg we noticed a recall on the vehicle. They did not hesitate to send it out and have it fixed immediately. I called on the next business day and gave them a deposit. Jon Joseph from Finance was great and had all the paper work for us to sign. Within a couple of days I was the new owner of a Used 2011 Cadillac SRX!!! I can not say enough about what a FANTASTIC experience it was to deal with Foley Motorsports. I highly recommend them to all of my family and friends!!

I stumbled across Foley Motorsports on Autotrader while looking for a Lexus GS-350 AWD. The car showed nice in the pics so I called and talked to Greg Ostander, who fielded the call. He was very knowledgeable about the car that I was inquiring on and answered all of my initial questions. Greg was also "Johnny on the spot" in emailing me more information immediately. Zee Avakian, the sales manager, also sent me a follow up email immediately. Come to find out, Zee and I have a history together .I had purchased my first Nissan from Zee about twenty six years ago when Zee worked for another dealership. Zee remembered me right away. Small world. It was my pleasure working with both Greg and Zee on this recent purchase. Foley Motorsports is my kind of place. Nice people, nice cars, (loved the Audi R8 in the showroom), and an overall awesome experience. This dealership will be my first stop in the future when I am in need of my next daily driver, or something more exotic. Great place with a nice selection of cars!

Car purchase aside (and they have GREAT cars available), if you want to have a genuinely welcoming, personable and honest experience as well as simply being treated like a human being, go see Zee at Foley Motorsports. I think the most important part of a sales experience is the interaction you have with your salesman. From the first conversation I had with Zee and all throughout our email correspondence to when we met at the dealership, he made me feel like I was speaking to a genuinely honest and caring human being. Ive been too good dealers and bad, and trust is such an important factor. With Zee, from the first time I spoke with him I felt like I could trust him, and that was only 100% reinforced when I met him in person finally. He didnt try to lead me in any direction other than what would work for me and thats all I could ever have asked for. NO sales pitch here, just a warm good experience!
