I bought a furniture set from Alex Iscandar and put it on layaway for my new house. I was told the furniture would be taken to the Marysville store to be picked up. A month later I call Marysville and they say they havent received it. I go to the lynnwood store and the furniture is still in Kent. It was to be delivered to Marysville 2 days later. Its on lynnwood (not Marysville) 3 days later. I drive down to lynnwood and pick up the unopened furniture. When I get home and open it, its the wrong furniture. 3 days later they pick up the furniture and deliver the correct furniture two hours late 9 pm. We partially open in to make sure its the right furniture before going to work ( night shift). I open fully the next morning and find 3 rips in the new furniture. I call Marysville store, they throw me back to Lynnwood who throws me back Marysville where Alec Iskandar says they arent liable and they will take to the manufacturer. I call a week later and he says the manufacturer determined it was done during opening using a sharpened tool. We opened it with our hands (no tools). They say they wont reimburse me, I tell them I will write on every site I can think of, contact the better business bureau and sue them. They said its my right (no remorse on their part). Alec Iskandar is a snake and the rest of the staff are complicit in his actions s if not equally shady, STAY AWAY!

Im giving them 2 stars instead of 1 because I do have a couch now. I bought a couch and paid extra for delivery, and the salesman said he would assemble it for me. He said it would take 3 weeks maximum but likely sooner. Last Saturday, 21 days after theyd taken my money, I finally called and they said "Oh, that wont be delivered until Monday." I called on Monday and they said "That wont be delivered until Tuesday." Finally on Tuesday at 5pm he called and said the couch had arrived, did I want to come pick it up? I said I paid for delivery. He said ok, the delivery guys would be picking it up at the store in half an hour. I left work early to get home in time and waited for 3 hours with no phone call (the store was closed by then). Just before 9pm they finally showed up and hauled 3 huge boxes into my studio apartment and left, they did NOT assemble it. Its taken me almost 4 evenings to get everything unpacked, break down the boxes, and put it together. It looks fine except for some reason the seat cushions are too small and leave a 3-inch gap (but the back cushions are the correct size??). But as it says on the receipt -- All sales final, no refunds, furniture as is, etc. In the future Ill go somewhere with decent service even if it means paying a little more.

This store is bullshit. 1) purchased $1500 worth of their crap merchandise. I knew it was crap going in, but I was in a pinch to get new furniture fast. So whatever. 2) I paid $450 in cash upfront and financed the rest. 3) Its been over 4 weeks and my order has not been filled. 4) Ive left multiple voicemails and I have received no reply. I did get someone to pick up once and they promised me a call back shortly. But I never heard anything. LIES! 5) I tried contacting their customer support email, but it came back bounced. So now Ive got no furniture. A loan with another company. And no one at this scam of a business answering my phone calls. Next steps are BBB/State attorney generals office, and lawyer. Save yourself a headache and DO NOT BUY OVERPRICED FURNITURE FROM THIS STORE. You will regret it.

I have always had a great experience with this company. When I first moved to the state of Washington I had no furniture what so ever. I went to one of their show rooms in Everett which was one of the most professional and elegant furniture buying experience that I ever had. I also worked with their leasing company to purchase my furniture and that worked out beautifully. I have also done business with them at their Lynnwood location. I am currently sitting on couches I recieved from them and love and have purchased dining room furniture as well. It is always a positive experience working with them!

I wouldnt recommend it to family or friends. I ordered a sectional couch in January 2011. The sales woman was very nice & helpful. I had it scheduled for date & time of delivery the end of February 2011, it took several conversation with a man to get the correctly configured sectional despite it being clearly written on the invoice. The time frame for delivery was not honored and there were no apologies from the staff. The sectional couch cushions are warped & lots of loose threading despite only a couple months of use. Cheap furniture for a reason & no warranty. You get what you pay for.

We bought a nice small sectional, on sale. It arrived on scheduled and we did have to assemble upon arrival it was pretty straight forward and everything came together nicely. The Sales Manager, Maya was quite nice and seemed very knowledgeable about the furniture pieces. The only reason for 4 stars is that our ottoman was damaged (workmanship issue), however we were able to exchange it at the store for free. Costless Furniture has great prices, good quality and on time delivery. I would buy from them again!

I live 2 and half hours from store I called them the day before and asked them if the couch in the add was their they assured me it was. Of course when I got there they didnt know what I was talking about they treated me like I was some sort of inconvenience they said they would order the couch but not give me any sort of price break for the wasted five hour round trip and gas used . One of my worst shopping experiences
