As of this year I will no longer be a customer due to the fact that I paid extra to have my bedframe set up and the delivery guys did it wrong. I ended up unscrewing the screws to see what the issue was and thought maybe I can tighten the screws better. I ended up finding out that some of the screws were missing! I went to the location to report this and kept being told week after week that they would send the guys to re-do the job correctly(their excuse was that one of the guys has not returned to work yet). Guess what? The delivery guys never showed up to re-do the job and not even a phone call was made to me to explain. I am very displeased and I chose not to ever waste my time there again.

I ordered a twin sized mattress w/ a frame, and the mattress came 2 weeks late and I still havent received my bed frame after a month of waiting... I went to their place of business and asked the entire family staff what the situation was and they promised to have it delivered the following week, 3 weeks ago. Horrible service from this place of business~ Strongly suggest to avoid.
