I had purchased an $800.00 sectional from the Everett store. It took three days, not to bad, to get the sectional from their warehouse. We picked it up and took it home where we proceeded to unwrap it. After getting it all unwrapped, a total of six pieces we discovered all but two werent damaged. Various cuts in the leather, couch was totally broken, two of the back pieces were also damaged. No biggie I thought, just return it and have them fix it, right. We took it back down there and they said they would send it back and have it repaired. Six days later we go back to get it and everything that we returned it for was fixed, except now there was a new tear in the leather on the couch. The service guy said "oh I guess they didnt wrap it when they transported it back". Really!! He apologized and said they would repair it once again... SIXTEEN days later we go and pick it up and get it home to find out it doesnt go together right, F*uck It.. Tired of dealing with them down there, thank god I bought extra insurance when I purchased it so hopefully now I can deal with people that care about "Quality" and "Customer Service". All in all I wont ever buy from these Yahoos again.. Poor grades all around!!

Whoever my boyfriend and me spoke to told us our payments would go straight to the furniture we bought not towards the sales person. Only part of our payments like 30 percent were goin towards the furniture we bought. They wouldnt let us pay a big chunk of it before the 90 days unless we made all of the payment. They would only let us pay 2 payments in advance....when we had more money we could have paid towards our furniture. Then when I thought I was doing online payments none of it was going towards the furniture...also after the 90 days we are back to the original price we have to pay now...because they wouldnt accept our big chunk of money even though before a lady told us we could pay whatever amount we wanted if we came into the store. Not just advancement payments. So that was nice and they added interest before the 90 days when they said there wouldnt be any. So yup. I highly recommend not to go here.

We just made our second purchase through Furniture Factory Direct. A mattress, bed frame, and dinner table set. We worked with Billy, a very nice gentleman. He made suggestions, but was not pushy and did not give us the hard sell. Very knowledgeable about their products. We are very happy with the service and the price. Since we had already been financed there before the financing was easy. Billy helped us to get what we wanted while staying within our budget and did not try to push more expensive items on us. it was very comfortable and an overall great experience.

Paid $800 for a nice dining table. Borrowed a truck to get it home and it turns out part of it is damaged and cant be put together. I called and sent pictures and they said to bring it back and theyll repair or replace it. I asked if they could deliver after because I dont have a truck and its a huge hassle to borrow one. They said no, even though they offered to sell me a $90 delivery when I bought it. Im not happy with that and if there wasnt a 25% return fee I would return it. Ill see how they fix this problem and update the review of they take care of it well.

Great selection and what I believe are reasonable prices. We searched all over the NW area and couldnt find what we were looking for (for what my boyfriend considered a reasonable price), so we ended up building our own bed frame/headboard, but the salesman here was really nice and not pushy. 4 stars because although there was nothing wrong with this place by any means, I dont remember there being anything in particular that made it stand out from the other furniture stores other than a very simple, basic layout without the home deco frills.

Very disappointed experience with this company. After a few hours after my furniture was delivered I realized that it is not a good quality and wrong color. I called immediately, same day and asked if I can exchange it. Found out that it is no way to exchange the furniture that been in your house for a 4-5 hours. This is a violation of byers rights!!! Sales people wont explain you return and exchange policy. Its a catch. Be aware!!!

Me and my fiance had visited this place half dozen times already. Purchased a nice Serta bed n great couch. Great price and around labor day sales event. Best furniture store in Everett weve visited. Huge selection in all items. Ask for Billy! Great salesman and works with you. I always ask for him when I make a purchase.

Horrible. Do not buy their warranty it is completely worthless. Salesman will lie to you and tell you everything is covered. Furniture falls apart and they wont do anything about it. When you try to actually get something fixed/replaced they just transfer you to someone that transfers you to someone else.

Walked in to check out some tables, they didnt have any we were interest in, took 2 minutes. We said thanks and started to leave. The sales representative said, "What a waste of time" and shook his head walking by another rep. Well sorry to waste your time we wont be coming back.
