I bought a couch and the the thing was falling apart the first month ! Stitching was coming undone and the staples on the bottoms werent even all the way in do the dust cover came off and just the whole thing was a mess I mean I paid 800 for it and lasted less thats month . They say they give you 90 day warranty but guess what ! I CALLED AMD CALLED AND CALLED . I sHOWED UP 3 times at the store and they kept telling me they will call back and get it fixed NOTHING EVER HAPPENED I EVEN SENT THEM PICTURES OF IT BUT THEY IGNORED ME AND TRIED TELLING ME THAT NOW THE WARRANTY IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE . When I complained since the first damn month ! I WILL NEVER COME BACK AND DO NOT DEAL WITH ARNOLD !!!!!! F""" this place !

Ive purchased a sofa, rocker/recliner and mattress from this store and have never had a problem with them. Anytime they said an item was in stock, it was. The sofa is now 4 years old and still in excellent condition, the rocker/recliner became my dogs favorite place to sit so it hasnt fared as well and the mattress is great. The staff is friendly and not overpowering and their prices are fair.

We bought a couch and loveseat set for about $1000 and they turned out to be total crap with the insides falling out. We went back to talk to them and they said too bad the company went out of business. The guy we talked to literally just shrugged his shoulders at me.. wouldnt even say anything. Just shrugged his shoulders...

I have bought a lot of furniture over the years from this place. Always amazing service and prices are more realistic. I will always continue to buy mattresses here! Also recently purchased a electric recliner chair, warranty is simple and knowing it was build local is awesome too!
