My wife and I used to love shopping at the Beaverton location before it closed down. We recently moved into a much larger house and needed a bunch of new furniture so we made the trip out to Gresham (from Sherwood) since we couldnt find anything we liked nearby. We didnt find anything we loved but we kind of liked a sofa & loveseat set. Lisa, the assistant store manager, said they could hold it for only $100 down and refund us no problem if we changed our mind. We werent moving in for a couple weeks so we put $100 down and left to think it over. Well we did change our minds and found another couch that we loved. This is the point in our story where Lisa and Furniture Connexion made the wrong decision. We asked Lisa to refund the $100 and she said she could hold the couch for another month. When we said no thanks, she said that we needed to come back into the store so she could refund our credit card. Obviously this was a shameless attempt to try and sell us on something else there. Keep in mind that it is almost an hour drive 1 way from Sherwood to Gresham. So in the end, we disputed the charge on our card, got it refunded, went to another small, local furniture store and bought a couch, dresser, chest, sideboard, 2 rugs, and will never be going back to Furniture Connexion again. Lisas poor decision turned out to be a good thing for us since we found a local, small, family owned business that carries the same vendor we like and has better prices.

Visited Furniture Connexion for the 1st time, and loved it! I will definitely be going back to this store to purchase more furniture. I went in, Tom Tosh approached me and told me he was there to help if I had any questions, then left me alone to look. No pressure buying. Loved it! But Tom was there and available when I did have questions and got me all the answers. Very helpful!! And he was extremely patient with me! I was there for over an hour and couldnt decide between 2 sectionals. He checked into all details about both, helped me measure them, and answered all my questions. Thank you for your help Tom Tosh! You made my shopping experience there great! One complaint was the delivery company. Since I live in Vancouver, I had to wait an entire week (8 days) to get my sectional delivered because they only deliver in the Vancouver area in the early afternoons and I couldnt take time off work to be home to meet with them. They dont deliver in late afternoon or evenings in Vancouver. Kind of an inconvenience. My other complaint was the "stuff" all over the sectional when it was delivered. You could tell it was stored in a warehouse. Lots of tiny "wood particals" and fuzz all over it. Took me a couple hours to clean it off and still couldnt get everything off of it. But, I will be back Furniture Connexion!! I need new end tables! :-) Jodi Hanna-Shields

very disappointed, I always come here to buy furniture. I went and bought furniture and it fell apart within 6weeks, I told saleman I have kids and dogs that I need something durable.. after being told they are a good fit for me I purchased. then 6wks later a couch that was up against my wall started to wear on the fabric and the same on the chair. I went in the store hoping for a new replacement set comparable to the one. I was told they could not give me new set or refund me. that since it was under warranty they would fix it, which I wasnt happy with, because again whos to say it wont rip in another 6wks? I was told someone would be in contact to come to look at it and repair it.. 2mths later still havent received a phone call or even someone to look at it. I will never come here again . I wont recommend this place to anyone either. Do your research. Theres a few other places I would recommend. Jr furniture, ask for Harry. hes the owner and takes care of customers right the first time. Also ask for Tanya at Zs carpet, shes the owner as well and again takes care of her customers. they brought me furniture last week, got damaged, no questions asked brought a brand new one.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! IT STARTED OUT GREAT UNTIL MY SALES REP LEFT AND NO ONE KNEW WHERE MY ORDER WAS...BUT EVERY TIME I WAS IN THERE THEY ASSURED US EVERYTHING WAS STILL ON TRACK AND DELIVERY WAS SET......DELIVERY DATE GETS HERE NO FURNITURE! !!!!!! CALL THE STORE AND GET THE RUN AROUND ABOUT BOGUS CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE THAT WAS THE SAME SALES PERSON(NOT STUPID) AND HE TELLS ME NOBODY KNOWS WHAT HAPPEND TO THE ORDER AND THAT HE THE "PERSON IN CHARGE" CANT HELP ME!!! RUDEST MANAGER EVER SC**T...AND THEN HE SAID HE DIDNT KNOW IF I COULD A FULL RETURN ON MERCHANDISE THAT I PAID FOR AND NEVER RECEIVED IT!!!!! YEAH RIGHT. MAYBE IF EVERYONE IN THERE WOULD GET OFF THE DAMN AND QUIT WATCHING T.V. THEY WOULD KNOW SOMETHING!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYBODY GO THERE EVER!!!!!!!

was looking for new furniture for my home and had went to several furniture stores. Was getting discouraged and a friend told me about furniture connection so thought might as well check them out.I was amazed at how big the store was and once again felt frustrated because the size of the store but soon was pleasantly surprised by the customer service i received the sales man was kind and made my furniture shopping easier. He showed me around and was very helpful a great selection and very reasonable in price. The salesman I worked with was Tom Tosh and it was nice to have a sales man who was not pushy but at the same time very helpful. I will definately make my purchases for more furniture at furniture connexion. A big thank you to Tom for the great customer service.

I was shopping furniture stores in Gresham for a few weeks and found this place across the street from the High school. By the time I had found this place I had already shopped most the furniture stores in Gresham and felt like they were all a bunch of used car sales people. Here at Furniture Connexion in Gresham I met Steve. Steve was most helpful in finding me the sectional I wanted and didnt pressure me at all. He provided me great information about the products, warranties & delivery options. What I thought was even better is when I also met Tom. He then was very helpful in making sure I got the best deal and the best service possible once I had selected the sectional I wanted. I will come back here and send all my friends! Thanks guys!!

Great selection. They had everything I wanted in stock! Amazing prices too. The couch I got was a very contemporary micro fiber full size couch. Under 600. They also have a huge selection of mattresses which I needed. Best of all, they have same day delivery. Tom was the guy that helped us out. He was not pushy at all. I brought my wife and three kids in. He welcomed us and then said "Ill leave you folks alone to browse". He checked up on us every 15 minutes or so just to make sure we didnt have any questions. We were never up sold, no pressure to buy extra warrantee sir stuff like that. If you need furniture you should definitely go here.
