The store itself has a great setup, however despite their being plenty of people in staff no one gave me any personal assistance and I stood in front of the register for 5-10 minutes before someone finally opened a register to check me out. No apology and a lack of acknowledgement that it was even an issue. If you have customers in your store you should go above and beyond for every single one especially when I could have easily purchased the same items at Target or off of Amazon for less.

Very disappointed with customer service. Bought a lamp a few years ago, and never opened it. Tried to install it this weekend, and a piece was missing. Talked to customer service, and the manager could only repeat, "i cant help you." How about, "Lets figure out a way to make this work."

humans have been walking on uneven, treacherous surfaces for thousands of years. if you hurt yourself in that Pottery Barn, youre a complete idiot. grow up...you shouldnt be allowed out of your home.

Mainstay in the Castro. Well merchandised store on 1.5 levels. Small parking lot in rear. Check out the iconic golden chair outside on the corner.
