I went by the Lazy Boy Gallery in Tukwila yesterday about noon. Beautiful showroom and a lot of choice but definitely no help from the sales staff. A man came up as soon as I walked in. I mentioned I was looking for a couch and loveseat to purchase in the next year. He pointed to them and went to sit down with his sales buddies. I actually found what I wanted and loved , circled around the store one more time and finally left. I had questions and found I was ready to buy. But, you know, it made me so angry that I decided to go to Tacoma instead. No wonder there were no cars in the parking lot--lunchtime just a few days before Christmas? Now you know why. Maybe you should add to your advertising that its a self serve store. That would be a much better description. Disappointing.

We bought two recliners at the same time in September for an expenditure of over $3,000. When we got the chairs delivered, we discovered damage/flaws in the leather on both chairs. We reported the damage to the local dealer within a couple of days of delivery. It is now almost five months later and we still dont have both chairs repaired. It took them two months to even look at the second chair and the parts were not ordered for another month. On top of that, they tell us they can only handle one service call per customer at a time. Does that mean they can only handle one customer at a time? I seriously doubt it. The Lazy Boy product is a good product and wed buy them again. This is just the worst customer service weve seen in a long time.

The salesperson was very helpful but not too pushy. Weve been in 3 times in the last 3 months browsing and made a decision yesterday during the black Friday sale. Very happy with the selection and amount of customization available for each recliner.

High quality recliners. We were looking for a love seat recliner that wasnt overly poofy. ! A compromise of style and comfort. After having the couch for awhile, I can say we are happy with the purchase!
