We purchased twice from this store, the first time our furniture arrived damaged and we had to return it loosing 120$ on delivery, the store claimed it was since the delivery company is independent. Several months later we decided to give it another try and purchased 5k worth living room set... Lisa the store manager was very nice when she tried to make this huge sale, we made sure considering our pervious experience that if something go wrong we will be able to return, Lisa assured us that no problem and no fees but the delivery charge if we wont be able to deliver furniture back ourselves. We received damaged bar cabinet that they tried replace twice but every time kept delivering damaged units, the leather sofa showed terrible stretch marks only after a week of use. When we contacted the store with our issues we were tooled that sine Lisa is our sales associate , only she can handle our return/exchange but shes on vacation so it will be handled in a week. When Lisa returned our call a week later (not to mansion the fact she was angry with us that we want to return the damaged products) she scheduled a pick up and said we have to come to the store again in a week to process the refund. To our amaze she refused to return all the money and kept a charge of 420$ claiming she can not sell the furniture as new! Of course she cant, thees are defective furniture and that was the reason for the return. When we asked to speak to supervisor we were tooled that Lisa is the store manager and there is nothing to do. We will continue with our attempt to get our money back but to all you who considering purchase there id highly recommend to look elsewhere for a better quality products and service.

We purchased a couch we loved from Dania, chose the fabric, pillows and then waited for it to arrive. And waited, and waited. Eventually it showed up, was unpacked and wow - horrible! The lines on the couch were mismatched, the stitching poor, the pillow stiches loosened and opened up within 3 days. We thought "okay, its a glitch" - so they ordered us another set. The new set shows up and just as shoddy. No thanks. 2 couches, 4 pillows - thats enough. The quality came no where near that of even the display version. Couches and pillows returned and we will never - ever - shop there again. Guess the adage is true: you get what you pay for.

Great inventory spread over 2 floors. Sales staff is helpful and knows furniture. Not pushy. Shopping sale items is mandatory... unless youre flush with cash.
