I just feel that with home furnishings you wont always like how it looks in the space you intended to place it at home. Therefore, your bound to bring some things back because it didnt suit your home. Unfortunately, it is such a hassle to exchange or return (regardless of their good return policy) at this store. Feels like they scold you demanding answers as to why you didnt like it. I stopped shopping at homegoods and their sister stores (Tjmaxx and Marshalls). I just think they advertise one return policy but follow another. Tuesday Morning Store is very similar and a much more pleasant shopping experience ;)

I am a regular customer at home goods. I notice that the staff doesnt really greet you, but thats ok if you dont like to be hassled. They do not have a place for sitting like the other home goods do. They dont have couches to test out either. If you are a man that takes your lady to home goods a lot, you will not be happy about the seating situation. Other than that they need a better selection of inventory.
