Nice products but this company DOES NOT put the customer first. Ive purchased from this store three times in the last year and never again. My time is clearly not important and waiting in excess of 4 months to receive a product is insane. On each occasion, I was required to pay for my purchase in advance of receiving the product. This is okay but the quote for when the products will arrive is FAR from accurate. I ordered a couch and was quoted 3 months for delivery (seems excessive). The store never called to give me updates and when I called I was quoted a date that was 4 + months from my purchase date. When I called the store to get updates I would often not get call backs from the sales associate. Yes, the store makes you speak with the sales associate who originally sold you the product. Just recently I received a call stating an order would be ready and I could pick it up. I did not return the call as the voicemail confirmed the date it would be available. However, before I headed to the warehouse to pick the products up I received an email stating it would be available a week later? I called and I was told that since I didnt call back they did not ship it to the warehouse in time for the quoted date? Why does a customer need to call to confirm they want the item on the date confirmed? I guess C&B customers like to pay for things and wait to receive them. C&B should act in the best interest of their customers and ship it immediately. If you enjoy waiting (forever) I would HIGHLY recommend you frequent this store. Never again for me. C&B lost me as a customer.

I like the selection here and at least at a glance looks to be a step up in quality from my days of apartments furnished entirely by used ikea furniture. However, my personal experience with the quality of furniture Ive purchased here has been underwhelming. 2 out of the 3 items Ive purchased here have had incorrect and/or missing parts as well as mislabeled parts requiring me to make multiple trips back to the store to get the right parts. Customer service has been helpful when contacted to get me the corrected parts (reason for the 2 stars instead of 1 based on my purchase experience) but I feel like Im being cheated as a customer whenever this happens since Im the one stuck with a half assembled mess at my house, Im the one having to reassemble furniture, and Im the one having to drive back and forth to get parts that should have been there to begin with. I think C&B needs to work on their quality control and could do better when something goes wrong. Until then, if I want hard to follow instructions and missing parts Ill stick to the as-is section at Ikea.

Crate & Barrel is a place I wish I could afford more. I like to stop in here and get ideas for furniture and decorating. Its a great place to browse through. You can then go on Craigslist to try and find it all "gently used" and a fraction of the price. They do have some affordable stuff too such as stemless wine glasses for only $2.50! If youre a drunk like me and break glasses often, this is a great place to load back up on them for cheap. The only knock on the place is its in U Village. If youre in the mood to elbow soccer moms and kick over strollers just to get around, enjoy! Sometimes it can be fun. Other times you just want to stop in quick so you can stop drinking wine out of a red plastic cup.

The worst thing about this location is the crowd and parking kerfuffle that happens. Once you are parked, it doesnt even seem like the restaurants here are that great. So come here to shop, and leave to eat. Due to the location, this crate and barrel isnt as appealing to me as the Bellevue one, but it is still nice. It is very large, and so it has a great selection.

I had great service here. Their products are beautiful and quite expensive. I like their outdoor products and I brought a great marble top from here. You get what you pay for and they have designers that can help. Just anticipate it could cost $10000 and upward for interior remodeling items for your house from this store.

The furniture is nice but the delivery system is broken. Our bed arrived without the proper hardware to setup and our couch was damaged in transit. Scheduling was a hassle and rescheduling was an even bigger hassle.

Always fun to look for new ideas and lots of great kitchen gadgets. A little pricey for some things but worth the money.

The furniture here was pretty generic looking compared to others in the area. To bad there isnt a cb2 in Seattle.
