Edited Post: the owner called that day to let me know they dont do business like that. He made sure to ask if I wanted to reschedule and I did. They came the next day and picked it up without fuss. Thank you. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Scheduled a pick up for today for my eliptical and they were a no show. They said they would be there from 8:30-9, and I texted the number at 9 with no response. Then I called at 9:30 with no response. Then finally once I text that Im going to have to take my business elsewhere I have to leave and cant wait anymore they text me back saying they dont know what I was texting about they lost all their contacts because their cell phone was stolen. It wasnt until I said I was going somewhere else that they responded. Not when I texted if they were still coming, or called. They should have had my number on a pick up order or something at the business. Not just relying on text messages.

I was looking for a total gym and saw an ad that they had placed on Craigslist for an item in their store. I didnt want to miss out on it because I really wanted it but I didnt have time to get in before they closed. They let me pay with a credit card over the phone but gave me the option to say no thank you in case I got into the store and it wasnt what I expected. Talk about above and beyond! I got into the store and was thrilled to discover that the item was an even better condition than I expected. Im not a slender person so I dont always feel comfortable trying out workout equipment, answered all my questions, and they made me feel so comfortable. Even delivered! This was an absolutely wonderful experience and I would totally buy from them again. Plus the equipment has a 30 day warranty for store credit in case something happens to it. Im not worried, but its great to know that they stand behind the things that they sell. Thanks guys!

We bought a norditrack i7 incline trainer there. It only had 121 miles and the price was low. They gave a 90 day warranty which is better than 2nd Wind and there pricing was much better. They also delivered it for no charge. We originally paid $100 to have it disassembled at delivery to put in one of our bedrooms but later changed our mind about where to put it. We called them prior to delivery, told them we did not need it disassembled, and they refunded our $100 no questions asked. This is an independent business that is locally owned. Nice guys and straight shooters. They will get our business again. Highly recommended.

This place is great!! Owners Justin and Mike really care about the customer and give great deals. Bought a treadmill, had small issue, and all was resolved with NO ISSUES! Justin kept in contact with me and let me know when other treadmills came in so I could look for a replacement/exchange. Found an awesome one and they came out and exchanged it. Very very happy. Will do more business with them in the future. Great staff, great owners, and GREAT customer service. Thanks!!

I got both my boys their football and t-ball gear and not only helped out with making sure everything fit but had to order a jersey and he ACTUALLY called to let me know it came in. Bought a used elliptical and had it delivered the next day. A wheel cover broke on one side during transit but they brought a replacement the next day. Super cool people. Will be going there 1st before anywhere else.

Place is not the type of place I would take used equipment they will only give you minimal amount for decent stuff. But charge 150% save time and effort go somewhere else your better off.
