I went in there today and was looking to buy a snowboard and was about to grab a snowboard before I was rudely interrupted by an employee looking to get a sale. He cut me off and grabbed the snowboard I was looking at and gave it to the man. I just wanted to say Play It Again Sports lost a sale today, Im very disappointed because I love coming in here and shopping and this ruined my experience.

The staff here give prompt and attentive service to each customer. I never have to wait for what I need as my needs are always met quickly and accurately upon entering the store. They are very knowledgeable and honest about the equipment trade in value as well as purchases value. Four stars rated instead of 5 because of limited hours of operation.

Chris was a pleasure to deal with. I knew my 14 year old equipment was not worth much, but he picked it up without charging me to do so and paid a fair amount for the treadmill and power blocks. They were very professional in preparing the two station gym and removing it from my home.

this is a great place to find everything you need all in one place for sports.. I came in looking to get rid of some old lacrosse stuff from highs chool. and i ended up leaving with some golf and workout equipment. this place is awesome.

The store was dirty and I saw a bug crawling on some hockey gear I was looking at. Also, the prices I saw werent much less than buying the equipment new. Youd find much cheaper prices on eBay or Craigslist.
