Completely disappointed in the service provided by this company. My daughters club team decided to use this place for uniform orders. We placed an order in June and on the ordering website it gave a delivery date of the first week in August. We did not receive our order until September. Every order placed by other players has been about a month late with no communication from the staff. They continue to come up with excuses trying to justify their lack of promptness on these orders. I dont think it should take anyone 3+ months to complete an order. It is our money as a consumer for them to provide a product and it shouldnt take as long as it has. "The law The federal Mail or Telephone Order Merchandise Trade Regulation Rule requires stores to ship telephone, mail, fax, and Internet orders within 30 days. If the merchant promises an earlier shipment date, it must meet that deadline. If the retailer has a reasonable basis for not getting your order out on time, it must obtain your consent to the delay. And if you dont respond or consent, the merchant must issue a refund. Merchants have more time—50 days instead of 30—to make the shipment if youre also applying for credit."

This year I have shopped there twice. The first visit I had to have a new lace put in my sons catchers glove. I told them I was good with next day service to save money. They offer emergency service for $20 And they get it back within 8 hrs I think. Then they have the 24 hour service. Thats what I wanted. They still charged me for the emergency service because they got it done in about an hour even though I wanted it back next day. Now the 2nd visit I demo a bat. This is a great service. Cost nothing for a week. If you want to demo a bat, I would really recommend trying them to see if they have what you want to try. Overall their prices are on the high end but they have everything you would ever need for just about any sport. I gave them 3 stars just because of my 1st visit and their prices.

I have never called this place and even had a sales person who can speak or comprehend even anything you are asking. Called them to set up a large sale of over 400 children with a Little league and their sales guy did not even respond in time for his bid to be considered. I was trying to give them business and that failed. I called again today and asked if they have a compression shirt to wear under a baseball jersey, the sales person clearly had no idea what that was and acted confused. I cant believe you are an athletics store and this is the service you are providing people. Business will not last at this pace.

I placed an order with them for a High School Basketball team in August. Was told 6-8 weeks. 6 weeks later I was notified I wouldnt get the uniforms till mid December. They told me of different options I had however those options werent solidified and Im still waiting for an answer. I told them every day that we delay this is a week later in receiving my order. Ive called and left messages with more than one person and have yet to get a call back. I will probably go elsewhere for my team orders from here on out.
