They were amazing. So nice and helpful, they did not push us at all to make the purchase. They let us look and tried to make suggestions according to our style and occupations. I say this because my fiance works on oil rigs and with his hands a lot, so we need something sturdy. They made some wonderful suggestions. I would really like to emphasize they did not try to push us to make purchases based off of sales they had going on. They did not push us for their credit card. They were just wonderful and I cannot wait till we go back and buy our rings.

A wonderful experience, very helpful clientele, great replacement warranties, just make sure and bring the high maintenance jewelry back every 3 months for the warranties to last! It sure helped us in replacing the Opal on my wifes wedding ring, FREE OF CHARGE! And when the 2nd Opal was destroyed by my lovely wife, we got a London Blue Topaz instead and didnt have to pay anything because the gem was of a lesser retail value, but had it been of higher value, we would have to pay the difference.
