Being that it was my first experience at Shannons Jewelry, it certainly was not my last! It began with the release for entry through two different locked doors which put me at ease right away. The thought of a security guard whose smile and cordial welcome ushered me right into the comfort of the very nice ambiance of the store was surprising as well. Suddenly, the pleasant greeting of one of the attendants asked to assist me. Though, the pieces of jewelry I saw was ravishingly beautiful (I had no time to see it all), I was amazed at the hospitality and service I received with what little business I had, yet was treated as if I made an insurmountable purchase. Truthfully, I am stunned at how nice the store is... From the front entry way, the ceiling to the floor design, the soft music, all the attendants, the really nice freebies, the workmanship and of course, owning a piece of the well-crafted jewelry is really an experience to have on your bucket list. PS... No one asked, nor paid me to say these things, and Im not in no way affiliated with this company. I WISH!!!! As you can probably tell, Im a writer. Go there, and youll see Im not a liar either. We had my wifes wedding ring remade for our 42nd anniversary and Debbie DeShazo professionally walked us through the process from beginning to end. She was highly knowlegeable, creative and accomodating about all the nuances of such an exercise which made the process stress-free for us. Her husband did an amazing job of designing exactly what we were looking for, but ultimately it turned out even more elegant and striking than either my wife or I imagined it might be. He is a very gifted jewelry maker. After a lot of personal legwork, I can affirm that Shannons was also very fair with me regarding pricing/offers on several pieces of fine jewelry that I inherited from my father. In addition, John Wren (owner) was extremely helpful and patient as he educated me about several very old pocket watches from my father. His help was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend Shannons on all levels. My wife and I will be using them for all our jewelry needs in the future.

So incredible. I inherited a beautiful Art Deco Opal ring from my Mother. It was missing a tiny opal. I visited other jewelry store who did not seem interested in helping me. Not only did Shannons (Christen - sale clerk) help me, but she took the ring to the gemologist right away. He (owner) looked the ring over and told me everything about the condition of the remaining opals and found a PERFECT matching tiny opal to complete my Mothers ring right on the spot. Brought me to tears to have the ring complete so I may now wear it as a reminder of her. Also cleaned it up, too! So very friendly, courteous and inclusive. Gorgeous inventory of jewelry items and a beautiful store with very tight security. Security guard with double entry doors. Very safe. Visit here first for jewelry desires. Shannon Jewelry is very responsive to its customers - once you get an agent. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a gentleman behind the counter and assured someone would assist me shortly. He was helping no one himself. There was another couple ahead of me waiting. After a couple of minutes, this same gentleman decided he could help the couple who had been waiting. Not clear why he had them wait at all. Almost immediately, I was greeted by Debra Phifer, who listened to what I needed, responded promptly, and made certain that I was satisfied with her help. Debra is a fine example of the quality of service Ive seen in previous visits to Shannon Jewelry. My thanks to her for the attention to detail.

Every time that I go to Shannons Fine Jewlery I am treated with the up most respect, and receive excellent customer service! Deborah DeShazo takes care of our every need and dedicates her time and knowledge every time we step foot in their store. She knows everything you could possibly know about the Jewlery industry, and gives us the best deals and discounts possible! Plus once you buy from their store, you have their customer service for the rest of your days! The unique floor plan in the store allows you to effortlessly shop! They even bake fresh cookies every day so you can have a yummy snack while you shop or get your Jewlery cleaned! I recommend everyone to Shannons!

I dont see how they make any money with all that kindness :-) Owner took time to answer my questions though busy....did not charge me when the same thing was done for me as a verbal thing from two other jewelers and one appraiser and all times it costed. Sometimes you have to tell people they are appreciated and I try to do that as much as possible. Now I wish I would have purchased my jewelry from there a few weeks ago, instead of blowing my stash at places that cant meet up to my customer service standards. I do recommend this facility and will be sending my husband and friends there when they feel like I deserve something special

I needed a birthday gift for my wife and wanted to surprise her at her birthday/Halloween costume party. I was in a rush and didnt have much time to shop for a gift. I called Debra Phifer while I was in route to Shannons and asked her to pick out a few items that I could choose for my wife. One of the items she choose was a ring that was not only around my price point but it was beautiful. My wife was so excited when I presented it to her and keeps telling me how much she loves it. Debbie delivered GREAT customer service and made my wifes birthday a memorable one!

My fiance and I were there this past weekend to meet with Deborah regarding my wedding band. She was an absolute pleasure to work with! Extremely helpful, patient, and kind. I was wanting a custom design to incorporate some family jewels and with her help we came up with the perfect design. From the warm greeting when we walked in, to working with Deborah for my ring, to the mint offered to us when we left, our experience with Shannons was a success!! I saw a great Luvente ring on their website and my son was in NYC so I asked if he could go look at this ring and he said the store was too far. I looked to see who had the designer locally, and of course, Shannons. Larry was wonderful! He had two rings, one for my and one for my twin sister over-nighted from New York and sized by noon! The rings even beat my son home from his trip! Why would anyone go anywhere else when Larry is at Shannons? Thanks so much for being my "go-to" place for fine jewelry!
