I have to be honest I was quite overwhelmed with how welcoming and friendly Phil, Tan and Ibrahim were. My husband and I had the intentions only to look at a rolex. When we found out the rolex we wanted to see was not at their location and we were a little disappointed but they went out of their way to drive to their Woodlands location and deliver the rolex we just wanted to see. After a couple of hours we were back in their store and my husband caught one glimpse of it and he loved it. In the midst of everything I mentioned I wanted a Tiffany ring and then the show really began. Tan brought out a hearts on fire ring. Up to this point I wasnt all familiar with this type of ring. I was a little reluctant because everyone has a selling point! I mean I just purchase a rolex I was not ready to purchase a much expensive piece of jewelry. On this day I did not purchase the ring but after I did my research and also visited a couple of more jewelers including Tiffany and I made a decision to go back to Thomas Markle and take another look at the hearts on fire ring. I mean my husband would tell you my face would just light up when I saw this ring. Tan really sold the ring but the beautiful thing about it was he did was class, honesty, integrity. The staff never treated us unfairly and they definitely worked with us. Oh yeah, I got the ring and when my husband and I picked it up they arrange a little party for us for this special occasion. Besides, it is not everyday you purchase a diamond ring! Phil, Ibrahim and Tan have the knowledge, they are professional and the customer service rocks. Their enthusiasm was amazing and it was a pleasure working with them. Purchasing this ring was a huge moment for my husband and I and we were happy we could share it with Thomas Markle Jewelers.

My boyfriend and I visited Thomas Markle Jeweler at the Gessner store location on a Saturday afternoon in March. We went in with the intention of only browsing the Hearts On Fire collection. As we pulled up to the vacant parking lot and got a glimpse of the store front, we were immediately intimidated by the classy and upscale look. Are we dressed appropriately? Will they ignore us? Are our pockets deep enough? Should we even go in? - were some of the thoughts that ran through our minds. Since they were the closest jeweler to offer the Hearts On Fire collection, we went for it. As we walked in, dressed like we just threw something on and walked out the house, Sarah T immediately approached us with enthusiasm and greeted us with a warm welcome, unlike Tiffanys in the Galleria. We received amazing hospitality from the Thomas Markle team and also met Salice, our sales consultant; Tan, the diamontologist; Pascal, their master jeweler; and Santos, their VP of Sales. They will work with your budget no matter how small or big. They are a full service, family own jeweler. This is a judgement-free zone and there is no high-pressure sales tactics. They exceeded my expectation in customer service, knowledge, professionalism, and communication. They provide high quality jewelry at a good value with transparency to price and details.

When I walked into Thomas Markle Jewelers several weeks ago, I had not seriously thought about buying fine jewelry for years. This location was new to our area so I decided to have a look...I was surprised to learn that my mind was still very open to new designs. The sales associates met me at the door and made me feel right at home. I was taken on a tour of the store...they are very proud of the designers that they represent and were very knowledgeable about their merchandise. I never felt intimidated and asked to see many nice pieces of jewelry. I would go on to visit 3 more times. I now own two new pair of earrings thanks to this store and its helpful staff. Perhaps the most important fact that Id like to leave with a reader is that both pair are exquisite but very different from each other and that artistic design is apparent in every piece of jewelry in the store. I and my wife went over there on October 20, 2015. It was such a great experience. Mr. Tan is the representative taking care of us. He is very knowledgeable, considerate, as well as quite humorous. With the great help from Mr. Tan, we not only got our first Rolex, but also learned more about Rolex culture and history. Appreciate it, Mr. Tan! This store also offers something special. While most other stores provide only the very basic Rolex 5 years warranty, Thomas Markle Jewelers offers its own 5 year watch warranty on top of it, including but not limited to replacing chipped or scratched crystal, refinishing surface scratches on stainless steel or Karat Gold watches, cleaning exterior professionally, and of course official Rolex parts used for every service. We highly recommend Thomas Markle Jewelers and Mr. Tan for anyone who want to have a great experience with Rolex.

My purchasing of my watch from Thomas Markle was literally months in the making. I went in around January to look around and Salice was there that day. We spoke about me always wanting a nice time piece. I was unable to make a commitment that day. She kept in touch with me over the next several months never getting pushy or impatient with the fact I was unable to purchase the watch. Then finally everything came together and I got the watch on 3/30. She and the whole staff made me feel comfortable and really went above and beyond to get me the timepiece I always wanted. I will always go to them for jewelry and watch purchases from now on. Great customer service experience all around. I really love that they have their own five year warranty on top of the Rolex five year warranty. It covers basically all of the outside of the watch including cleaning and polishing for free.

When searching for my new watch, I wanted to ensure that I had someone who was knowledgeable helping me, but also someone who would take the time to make sure that I left satisfied. My search for a jeweler ended when I arrived at Thomas Markle Jewelers. I had the pleasure of working with the founders son, Phil, who was energetic, knowledgeable, and friendly. He helped me arrive at my final decision of a Tudor Black Bay, and I am extremely pleased with the quality of the timepiece, as well as the quality of the customer service given at TMJ. I was so pleased that I even went back a month later to purchase a pair of Lagos earrings for my girlfriend which she loved. TMJ is the best jewelry store I have visited in Houston. When I am ready to upgrade to a new Rolex or to begin to start looking for a wedding ring, I will know who to go to.

Salice originally helped me at the Woodlands location. She coordinated with me to design and create a custom engagement ring from scratch in ONE week. She facilitated it through their memorial location so I could pick it up during my work week, and not only did they get it to me in time for popping the question on our Big Bend trip, the ring looks amazing...I mean this thing fires off like a disco ball. Oh, and the pricing was behind fair for the quality and service I received. Nowhere else comes close, so dont even waste your time going to another jeweler. I proposed at the window trail, she said yes, and we are about to go to the woodlands location today to design her band. Thank you Salice and TM for taking care of business!
