I had a wonderful experience at Thomas Markle in The Woodlands. Sarah could not have been more helpful, professional, and honest. She guided us with perfection through designing a custom ring, from choosing the stones to finding just the right setting for my dream ring! My husband and I talked to two other jewelers - one on Westheimer and one in our area. We chose to work with Sarah at Thomas Markle, as she showed genuine interest in helping us "create" my ring, listened to our ideas, was very knowledgeable regarding the stones and the setting options, made no false promises, stayed within our budget, explained just how a custom ring is made, and was honestly almost as excited as I was when the ring was presented to us! Our service was prompt, and everyone in the store was pleasant and greeted us each visit. We received the best customer care, and the jeweler who set our stones and created the ring for us is truly an artist and a craftsman. Thank you!

AWESOME!!! Sarah was my salesperson. She is profession, respectful and extremely knowledgable. I felt an immediate connection and trusted her quickly. They fixed my wifes engagement ring, sold me earrings for my daughter and during each visit I have had my eye on a specific ring. She never pressured me to buy it and finally, today, I was ready. I bought the ring and gave it to my wife. Shes absolutely in love with it. I have had many bad experiences with Jewelers but this has been 100% positive. Im partial to Sarah as a salesperson but believe they are all great. Even the owner stopped to shake my hand. I still need to get my daughters a necklace each with a crucifix and this will be my store for future purchases. Well done team, this is one very happy customer!!!

I went to Thomas Markle in The Woodlands to look for an engagement ring and was helped by Tan. The service was very helpful and was not pushy. Going in, I didnt know all about diamonds so he walked me through what I needed to know and gave his recommendations, working with my budget and my idea of what I wanted to help me in my decision. I also got help on my proposal - from brainstorming ideas to being provided with dinner reservations, limo service, complimentary wine/champagne. I returned afterward with my fiance and Tan was able to describe to her the qualities of the diamond I had picked out - she was very impressed. This place definitely stood out compared to the other places I looked at in my initial search. 5 stars.

Pascal Asien and Sarah Taft Leach were absolutely amazing to work with! They knew exactly what I wanted and made our experience unforgettable. Before going to see Pascal, I had been shopping around and going to several different jewelers for months. As soon as I met with Pascal and Sarah I felt at home. We sat down and discussed my vision and Pascal designed a beautiful masterpiece with me; I immediately felt at home and at such peace with the design that was created. My future fiancé and I left feeling esctstic, and on top of the world. We felt as if we were family; the customer service and experience is out of this world. The buying experience could not have gone smoother. The sales rep was very knowledge and attentive. When I told them what my fiances tastes were, she guided me right to the perfect engagement ring without missing a beat. She was very respectful of the budget I gave her. There were no high pressure sales tactics. It was like they really wanted it to be right as much as I did. They have a great banking connection with Wells Fargo that made the financing very simple. Everything about that experience was perfect. And in the end, she said yes and loved the ring they helped me choose. I know Ill be headed back there for anniversaries and holidays!

If you want to purchase a Rolex, this is the place to go. Tan Nguyen was my sales consultant, and he was excellent! He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to meet all my needs. My Rolex was a pre-order item, and it arrived much sooner than expected. Unlike other Rolex authorized dealers, Tan gave me an actual time table for my watchs arrival date. I visited other stores, and they wanted me to pre-pay just to put me on their long waiting list, without any ETA. But Tan gave me an ETA, and even delivered it couple of months sooner. I would definitely recommend Tan at Thomas Markle Woodlands location.

Our associate, Tan, was very friendly and helpful, and our trust in their business to take care of our jewelry needs and treat us well definitely contributed to our decision to purchase through Thomas Markle. The fact that the jewelry selection is stunning certainly helped as well. I loved that we were not hassled to make a decision the first time we went in, and that the associates even recommended places for us to visit to help us make our mind up about our purchase.

I visited Thomas Markle Jewelers because I needed my husbands watch fixed. I was greeted warmly by Tan Nguyen, who helped me quickly get my watch repair umderway, and then took time to tell me the history of the store while I was waiting. I wasnt going to be able to make a big purchase, but that didnt stop Tan from showing me beautiful pieces and making my visit very comfortable. I learned a lot during my 20 minute visit, and was completely surprised when my watch was fixed at no cost! I will remember Thomas Markles as the place to go when its time for selecting a fine piece of quality jewelry.

They were amazing!! EXTREMELY kind and curtious. They never pressured us or made us feel uncomfortable. They helped us stick in our price range and never tried to force a sale when we sad we wanted to pay cash and not take out a card, they completely understood. I thought because it was such a nice place that they would be snooty and they were the exact opposite. I cannot say enough nice things about them and their service to us. I cant wait till we have the money to buy the ring. We will defenitely be return customers. Plus their rings are made in the USA which is an amazing thing for us.

I was referred to Thomas Markle as a jeweler of high integrity. I recently brought in my wedding ring to be sized. Sizing the ring for my finger shape was a little tricky & Sarah worked with me step by step assuring me the entire time that it will be perfect when completed. Sure enough, it was just that, perfect!
