THIS PLACE IS AWESOME!!! I needed rubys set in black onyx on a ring. I went to 4 jewelers in NYC and only one said they could do it. After receiving it back, the stones were cemented in... they eventually fell out. While in Texas visiting family I went to 5 other jewelers for the repair. BROWNLEE was the ONLY store who would service the ring due to complexity. They were able to drill and properly set the rubys in the black onyx!!! Something the Jewelers in NYC said was not possible. Brownlee even shipped my ring back to New York for me! THANK YOU!!!! I will be returning to this establishment for all my future purchases in fine Jewelry!
