I would rate this place lower than a one star if google would allow it. I had my watch dropped off while I was out of state at school to have a new band installed my watch was sent to their watch repairman while it was there I was informed the solar cell unit was bad. I chose not to fix this $165.00 issue while I was in school the watch was picked up and put in a safe at home. I returned a little over a month ago to have the solar cell repaired and once again the watch was sent off to the watch repairman we received a call saying that multiple parts were now missing out of the watch and that I would be needing to pay for those as well bringing the repair from $165.00 to $220.00. The watch was not opened or worked on by any body except Cassio Creations, the only time the watch was opened was by their watch guy. After receiving this news we instructed them to get the watch back and that I did not want repairs done there. This was two weeks after I dropped the watch off. I did not hear anything from them for a month so I called them back asking about the status of my watch and at first had no idea what I was talking about. After speaking to the owner he knew something about it and said that they were still waiting on a verdict from me about repairs. After telling him that they were told to bring the watch back a month ago they are now getting the watch returned from their watch guy.

I have bought a custom designed bridal set and mens wedding ring. Michelle Cassio listened to exactly what I wanted and delivered on the end products. They offered us a lot of options including metals (platinum, palladium, gold, silver, etc.) to match our budget. I never felt like they were trying to upsell me or push a specific product line. In the end, Im VERY happy with their service. In addition, they fused a puzzle ring and resized a college class ring. The fused puzzle ring looks amazing, much better than it did when I purchased it. The college class ring is very thick and had several designs going around the whole band. Craig matched the designs so they continue to look as they did before he resized the ring. In my opinion, both of these repairs were done quickly, at a fair price, and are of high quality.

Everyone here is amazing. I had my wifes engagement and wedding ring custom designed and produced here. I was quite proud of the result, and she was speechless. The team at Cassio walked me through every step of the process, from rough sketches and what ideas I even started with, all the way to appraisal of the finished set. They offered gentle guidance when I was unsure; professional experience when I needed help; and accommodations when I was firm in what I wanted. I truly feel like I designed it, and both that involvement and the excellent craftsmanship are due to Cassio Creations excellence in service. This friendly, patient, and helpful, family owned business, walked me through designing a new custom wedding band/ring for me for my 30th anniversary, using my original diamond. They were willing to share options and skilled opinions, putting together a design using a variety of ideas I liked as well as my own creative ideas. Most importantly, I appreciated how Michelle really listened to what I wanted in all the little details. I wasnt clear what I wanted in the beginning, but they patiently (not at all pushy) helped me to clarify what I wanted in style, design, and comfortable fit. Love the results!

Came in today to get my movado watch repaired and cleaned because one of the pins fell out.. these people are amazing! They customized a riviot to make sure it was secure.. had it done extremely quickly and when I came to pick up (less than 30 mins later) I put my watch on and realized I had mistakenly misplaced one of the links. Luckily, I found it in my car and they put it on for me as I waited. They even cleaned and inspected one of my rings at no additional charge. Extremely kind and helpful. True definition of customer service and I really love that its family owned and operated. So glad I found this place... Will continue to do business here.. I highly recommend!

Craig took some of our sketches and added his own design elements as a start. He worked with us to evolve the ring into the perfect creation. His construction is nothing short of a work of art. This ring will become a family heirloom to be handed down through the generations.

A large name jeweler gave me no options, charged me up front and it broke in 3 months. Their son Josh researched the missing stone and he quoted us an great price for the diamond and repair. It was completed before the date we were promised and the ring looked new.
