I had a poor customer service experience as well. While shopping, there was a child watching a loud movie/cartoon on a cell phone at full volume. Not one staff member approached the parents to ask them to turn it down, and it was so nerve-wracking, I walked out without making a purchase. When I got home to call the manager Robin & inquire as to why they allowed this, she apologetically said the district managers had advised them that they cannot approach anyone in these situations to turn down their devices. I am shocked that James Averys administration would set down a policy that would favor the comfort of one obnoxious child and their parents over the entire store. I will never be making another purchase from James Avery; as much as I love the jewelry, they have lost my business.

The Kingwood location has poor customer service. I walked in and twice I was told they would be right with me. I waited 5 minuets as I continued to be skipped over and over again. The once had a pull a ticket system and moved away from it because it was tacky in such a nice place. Looks like they need to go back to it since they cant remember who they just talked to minutes ago.

I had a charm fall off of my bracelet so I went in to see if there was a warranty on it because I had just had a charm put on the week before and they said there was no warranty but because I was just there and my bracelet showed no signs of wear they replaced the charm at no charge! Great customer service! Would highly recommend!!!
