My experience at white room was honestly so crappy. The day before, I looked at all the reviews and I was like " oh great, its gonna be an awesome experience " well, I was wrong. it was a really bad experience. i arrived at 4:20, as yall know it closes at 5. the little short girl with dark red hair and bushy eyebrows, kept rushing me. as yall know, it takes a while to find the " perfect dress " i tried 3 dresses on. and she constantly kept asking if i was done, my mom stood outside of the fitting room. she said the girl kept spinning around in place and looking irritated. At some point she started rolling her eyes, it was probably THE WORST customer service experience ive gone through. when i was trying on the third dress, the girl kept rushing me. so not thinking of all the little jewelry thingies on the dress, I took it off really fast and I have pretty long hair, well. my hair got stuck, and I just pulled on it not thinking anything of it. so I handed the dress back to her, and well.. the little jewelry things fell all over the floor. her among with 2 other girls who work there just gave each other that " I wish they would leave " look and as she was picking up the jewelry she said " really?" my mom about snapped on the girl, but it was one of those " did this really just happen " situations. they have some good dresses, but really really bad customer service. right after I left, I went straight to Davids bridal ( the store ) and I found the perfect dress within not even 30 minutes. they have great customer service and the store is WAY bigger than white room. wouldnt go back to white room for anything. and I do NOT recommend it. they should really retrain the people who work there.

I had gone to a few other wedding dress boutiques across Tennessee, but decided to make an appointment with The White Room in Murfreesboro on a whim in April. The other dresses I’d tried on elsewhere were beautiful, but I hadn’t found one that was ME. I only had 78 days until my wedding, so the pressure was on. Luckily, this boutique had more style options than the other places. Charlotte had me go through and pull dresses on my own while she went and pulled some others. She eventually pulled a dress that I didn’t exactly like on the hanger, but it ultimately ended up being the one! Charlotte was very patient as I went back and forth between two dresses probably three times each. Even without my family/friends there to help me decide, the ladies were all very supportive. Once my dress arrived in June, I had one fitting with Claudia, and she had all the alterations complete before my second fitting in 17 days. I took all of her advice (because I know nothing about bustles or appropriate dress length for barefoot outdoor weddings), and it was flawless. It fit perfectly and was steamed just in time for the wedding on July 8th! The White Room not only had the perfect dress for me, but the ladies were all fantastic and had no issue with the short timeline. I can’t thank you enough!

If there was a way to leave a negative amount of stars, I would. I showed up at The White Room on a Saturday. Had already been several places with no problems but apparently you are supposed to have an appointment to even look around the White Room. They asked me to wait out front to see if they could "squeeze me in". Had to give them all kinds of personal info before I was even allowed in the dress room to look around. The lady mentioned several times that she had another appointment after me so I felt rushed the whole time. Someone brought their small child in there and it was running around screaming like a banshee. I was in and out of 5 dresses in like 10 minutes and when my friend tried to snap a photo of the hemline of one of the dresses we were told no photos, even though it wasnt a photo of the actual dress, just a hem. When they found out that I was just trying to get ideas from several different dresses so that I could have a custom dress made they immediately changed their attitude and it was all about getting me out the door as quickly as possible. Yes, I wasnt going to buy a dress there but they sell more than dresses. I very well could have bought a sash, veil, jewelry, etc but not now. I will never be back

After purchasing all of my prom dresses from the White Room in high school, and also a couple bridesmaid dresses, I knew the White Room was at the top of my list for wedding dress shopping. Unfortunately I was unable to find my dress at the Lebanon location, but that wasnt their fault. The associate that was with me during my appointment was extremely sweet and helpful. After going to a Nashville bridal store and having a horrible experience, I decided to visit the White Room too in Murfreesboro. Kali (sorry if the spelling is wrong!) worked with me and after putting clips on a few dresses that suited my style, she knew exactly what I was looking for and pulled so many perfect dresses it was almost hard to decide! She was patient and never made me feel rushed. Im sure she was tired of buttoning all the buttons on the back of each dress by the end of the appointment, but if so she never let on! This is where I found my dress and I would highly recommend them! Friendly tip: always make an appointment so they have time for you and avoid Saturdays during prom season :)

The white room really doesnt deserve any stars... But in order for me to write a review I had to give them at least one star. 1) They did not give the bride any respect. 2)The service was horrible! Didnt want us to pick out any dresses other than what they picked out. 3)They do not understand the universal word NO. 4) The inventory was extremely limited. For a party of 8 bridesmaids to trying to find a dress, this place is a definite NO! Overall, this was a very horrible experience. They do not cater to the bride and do not take her suggestions seriously. All in all, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME and GAS. P.S. After we left the White Room, we headed out to Bridal Warehouse located out in Goodlettsville. The service was AMAZING, AWESOME, and I can really go on and on with nothing but GOOD to say about them. Alot of inventory for the bride and bridesmaids. The bride found the perfect dress and all 8 of us bridesmaid found the perfect dress. We were all catered too and the bride felt REALLy special. A trip out to Bridal Warehouse is more than WORTH it!

I went to The White Room today and could not have been more pleased. Let me start off by saying that Tara is an excellent consultant. She let me look through the gowns and pull the dresses I was most interested in trying on. From there she was able to pick a couple of dresses that fit the style I was looking for. Im pretty self conscious and tend to get frustrated easily when shopping. However, every dress she pulled was stunning and extremely flattering. Im also a tattooed woman whose fiancés family is fairly conservative, so almost any dress I chose would need to be altered to add sleeves out of respect for the in laws. Tara was also extremely helpful in this aspect. She had a lace cover up handy for each dress to give me realistic expectations of what my dress will look like. It was definitely hard to pick the one, until I realized I kept thinking about one of the dresses while trying on the others. Literally just one hour from the start of my appointment, I had chosen and ordered my dress. I cannot give this place high enough praise.
