HORRIBLE HORRIBLE ! I Went to bridals country today with my mom to try on prom dresses and wasnt greeted when I arrived. Went in and told her I wanted to try on dresses. Her response was "you can look around you dont have to wait on me." The entire time she said nothing to us. There was an older women fixing dresses and she made little conversation. My mom had to help me with getting down the dresses and hanging them in the fitting rooms. shortly after a white elderly lady and her niece came inside and was greeted very nicely she made conversation with them and put the dresses in the fitting rooms for them and told them if their is anything else they need help with to let them know. I tried on 2 dresses and was leaving without anything still being said to me. I usually dont write reviews but I felt like I was treated very unfairly and I feel that everyone should be treated equal no matter the color. Ill never shop here again! Save your money for somewhere else that will appreciate your time and be professional and helpful.

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!! ITS A SCAM!!! We ordered bridesmaids dresses from them 8 months ago and a week before the wedding the so called dresses arrive and they were FAKE and COUNTERFEITER merchandise that they are trying to pass off as something they really ordered, The dresses didnt have any tags of the designer and looked as though someone was just learning to sew the night before these were $200.00 dresses we ordered. Needless to say they didnt apologize or try to make sense of the mess they created and had 5 bridesmaids scrambling the week before the wedding to find dresses off the rack. DO NOT LET this be you and save your time and money and just dont go to them

I went in to this store today to get measurements done and it was the worst experience ever. I recently had a baby and have some extra weight I want to lose and the front desk lady asked me when I was going to lose my weight. She also asked, "Are you going to pay now?" She had zero people skills whatsoever. It also smelled of mold and mildew which is very concerning. I did not want my baby in that store any longer. The mirrors were so dirty and everything was just gross and trashy. I will never ever be going back or recommending them to anyone.

Bridal Country was a very helpful, and rewarding place to get my prom dress. I had no idea of what to look for stepping into the store. The inside was cute, and warming as well as clean. They had a variety of dresses for prom, weddings, and all kinds of special occasions. I didnt have to ask for help and they werent to pushy either. They tried to find the best dress for me and my needs. Heads up to all prom or school shoppers they will put your dress on hold as well as make sure that no one from your school has the same dress.

Good experience. Went in with my daughter and her friend looking for prom dresses.Both ladies very helpful. Showed only dresses in my price range. Helped the girls with trying on the dresses. Held a dress for my daughter while we looked other places. Was able to place the dress on layaway. Had some minor alterations which were done in a timely fashion. Very honest and straightforward regarding pricing. Would go back for any future dress needs.

They put wedding dresses second to prom which is weird cause wouldnt the owners care more about more expensive dresses? Also, they are the slowest with alterations! I ordered my dress four months ago. I am afraid I wont get it til the day of because I heard stories about girls at my school getting it then and they wont even go to prom this year because of that.But they do get beautiful dresses.

Horrible! Walked in with my teen and was not greeted! Was told" if your looking for prom dresses , go ahead and start looking! I was shocked at how rude this lady was! Like I have to shop at your over priced ,junky place ! I looked aright, but somewhere else! Dont waist your money on bad customer service!!!

They ordered my dress in the wrong color. Money was refunded, but this left me shopping locally at the last minute for dress.
